Very beautiful park, well-kept in every detail! We spent 2 very fun and pleasant days; thanks also to the fact that the weather was cloudy, we never waited more than 20 minutes in line for any attraction, and it's convenient that there are water fountains everywhere to refill water bottles with fresh water. Lots of activities for the kids, beautiful play areas, and bathrooms that were always fairly clean. You could visit it in one day if you don't encounter too many lines, but in 2 days you can enjoy it at your leisure. We stayed at their hotels and I recommend it.
I had read many conflicting reviews about this park and didn't have very high expectations, but instead it is a beautiful Lego park, well-kept, perfect for spending a fun day. The lines for the attractions are long but not exhausting like Gardaland or Disneyland, for example. The costs of drinks and food are quite high, as in any amusement park, but there is a lot of choice. The prices of the Lego stores inside the park are in line with other Lego stores, including the Italian ones. We had a great day, my children were super happy and, considering that the park closes at 7 PM, you avoid parents collapsing on the ground from exhaustion 😉
A perfect day with everything that goes with it ❤️
Nice family stay. Breakfast and dinner buffet were plentiful but just made for the masses.
The park is very beautiful, I will make this premise immediately because I have been a big fan of Lego for a lifetime, and my children are becoming fans too; the attractions are fun and beautiful for everyone; one day of visiting can be enough, even if one wants to do everything, it takes a couple; the negative part is that in the whole park, there are no water fountains to fill the water bottles that we all have. Even upon asking the staff, the absence was confirmed to me. There are only small fountains near the restrooms for drinking a modest amount, but they are unsuitable for filling water bottles. It seems absurd to me that something so fundamental in our society by now is missing in such a large playground..
A great park, very clean, nothing is weathered. Everything looks new and well-maintained. The organization at the parking lot and entrance is top-notch. The prices for food etc. are absolutely fine.
Passing through the region with my 7-year-old daughter. 2 days on site with partner hotel Vienna House by Wyndham. +: the Lego world for the little one -: small amusement park with very short rides with long lines. - rides without any particular thrill when you are used to Europapark, Universal Studios... - the ride operators do not care about the customers at all and are not stressed... Quiet and not too fast. - the food section is a joke (like in many parks) - the park closes at 7 PM but the rides at 6 PM so that everyone ends up in the packed store to buy Lego & co - $12 for parking to be paid when leaving - buying Legos to be avoided at Legoland, $30 cheaper on Amazon for the fairground wheel that my daughter wanted (a pure and simple rip-off) Hotel section: +: the Vienna is in the city center next to the park + Well-equipped room + Nice breakfast - the temperature, a fan instead of AC, just a joke, so I didn't sleep all night. And when we report it at the desk they tell us 'oh yes it is very hot right now it is.' And I paid for a hotel to sleep... And I didn't sleep 🤬 Expect to pay €8 for underground parking on top of the €375 paid for the stay.
Great weekend at Legoland for the long summer night. Fireworks. Longer opening hours.
Very nice experience, a bit expensive, but ok for once in a life experience
We purchased two annual passes for LEGOLAND Deutschland on 09/20/2025. The digital annual passes on our smartphones clearly showed the expiration date as 09/20/2026. On 08/09/2026, we visited LEGOLAND Deutschland in Günzburg with our family. At the entrance, we were surprisingly informed that the annual passes had already expired on 08/02/2026 according to the internal system. For us, this was incomprehensible, as we had relied on the official digital ticket, which continued to show validity until 09/20/2026. We addressed the discrepancy on-site. Particularly disappointing was the handling by Ms. Andrea Waisz, who introduced herself to us as a manager. Instead of calmly and customer-orientedly checking the obvious discrepancy between the digital ticket and the internal system, we were spoken to in a tone that was clearly too loud for us. The situation also took place in the presence of our daughter. What particularly irritated us afterward: After we addressed the matter on-site, we noticed that the display on our digital annual passes had changed. Instead of 09/20/2026, 08/02/2026 was now displayed as the expiration date. We do not claim to know what technically caused this change. That is exactly why we expect a transparent explanation. We have kept screenshots of the display before and after the incident, as well as the original proof of purchase. We have since submitted the incident as a formal complaint both to LEGOLAND Deutschland and directly to the parent Merlin Guest Excellence Team. We especially expect a clarification regarding: -why the digital ticket was originally displayed as valid until 09/20/2026, -why the internal system apparently displayed 08/02/2026, -when and how the displayed validity subsequently changed, -and how the conduct of the responsible manager is evaluated. We are not opposed to LEGOLAND as a place to visit. Precisely for this reason, this incident is particularly disappointing for us. We paid for the annual passes and relied on the officially displayed validity. If different information exists within the system, in our view, this should not be taken out on the customer. **Update:** The matter was officially reported to LEGOLAND Deutschland and Merlin Entertainments on 08/09/2026. We are currently waiting for a substantial response.
