La visita all'interno della magnifica Torre Pendente salendo fino in cima alla torre e percorrendo i 294 scalini della scala a chiocciola è una delle esperienze più incredibili da vivere. La torre è alta 55,86 m sul lato basso e 56,70 m sul lato alto, con una pendenza di circa 3,99 gradi. Questo fenomeno unico è causato dalla natura instabile del sottosuolo, che ha contribuito a creare una delle meraviglie del mondo. La Torre si erge a Piazza dei Miracoli, piazza conosciuta in tutto il mondo per i suoi monumenti, chiamati "miracoli" per la loro incredibile bellezza e unicità. Riconosciuta in tutto il mondo, la Torre Pendente di Pisa che sfida la gravità ha affascinato le folle per secoli con la sua caratteristica inclinazione. La torre, che ha impiegato quasi 200 anni per essere costruita, ha iniziato ad inclinarsi ancor prima che fosse terminata e ancora nessuno sa per certo perché sia così! Alcuni dicono che sia stato il risultato di un errore di calcolo architettonico, mentre altri credono che il terreno in argilla morbida sia stata la causa. Decidi tu stesso esplorando questo imperdibile patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO! Avrai 30 minuti rigorosi per salire in cima, ammirare il panorama e tornare indietro, quindi assicurati di fare in modo che ogni secondo del tuo tempo nella torre conti! La scala di 294 gradini può essere sconcertante; con gradini inclinati in modi diversi, ma sarai ricompensato con fantastiche viste panoramiche su Pisa dall'alto! Cammina intorno al balcone della torre e scatta foto della trafficata piazza sottostante, disseminata di incredibili monumenti come il Duomo di Pisa e il cimitero di Campo Santo.
Rimarrai poi abbagliato dalla meravigliosa Cattedrale di cui visiterai in autonomia la parte interna, modello della caratteristica architettura romanica pisana. Ammira la sua straordinaria facciata ornata da intricati dettagli in marmo e squisite porte in bronzo. All'interno, ammira la grandiosità degli interni con splendidi mosaici, colonne ornate e intricati affreschi.

If you book at tower timed entry it is onky 20pp not 35pp. This is not a tour its only entry to tower nothing else. We were there 4.45 tickets booked for that time n werent allowed in as people were left in 10 mins before hand. Tour saud they told us to arrive 10 mins beforehand but hadnt and when called we couldnt change time or get refund defo dont recommend at all.

The Tower is quite something to see as is the Cathedral. If you have the stamina make sure to climb the 300 steps to the top of the tower. The view is magnificent.

This was a great experience. We took the express train from Rome to Pisa Costing 52 euros. Then once at the Pisa station a short cab ride for 11 euros. Once there checked in at the information center to upload entry ticket. Information center staff very helpful. The cathedral was beautiful and not as restricted with cover up. 15 minutes before our 4:45 checkin time for the pisa tour we were at the line to enter. Not as bad as it looks for the 290 steps up to the top of the leaning tower of Pisa. Outside some nice restaurants and tents either stuff to buy Overall. Great experience but a long day for us from Rome 🙏💕💙

It was a hot summer day under the Tuscan sun, but the view from the top of the tower was worth the climb. Pisa is beautiful, the countryside is breath taking, full of every shade of yellow and brown you could imagine. We had a wonderful time with family and friends.

I would give the tour company a zero if possible. Our ticket voucher was absolutely useless. We went to the redemption point and the ticket personal has NO IDEA what to do with it. They looked at us like we were crazy showing them the link information that was sent to us. We had to purchase new tickets at the ticket office. Soooo not cool. Don’t buy this tour option!! We wasted over $200.00 USD on worthless tickets plus the additional cost of new tickets. A VERY pricy day that shouldn’t have been! (As an aside, the tower and cathedral are worth the view- do it on your own!)

Be careful on the steps it’s very tight and slippery but SO BEAUTIFUL! Totally worth booking entry to the tower you get an amazing view of Pisa

Very well organised. Our slot was at 4.45, we dropped our bags off in a secure locker on site as stated on theticket and walked over to the tower. Small queue to gain entry.
