Vi invitiamo a entrare nel nostro progetto boutique unico e scoprire cosa si nasconde “Beyond the Ashes”: una visita che vi porta nell’anima stessa della nostra cantina. Questa esperienza va ben oltre un tour convenzionale; è un viaggio nel tempo in un ambiente esclusivo, che offre una visione profonda della nostra filosofia e identità vulcanica. Ogni angolo della cantina ha una storia da raccontare. Guidati da una degustazione di quattro vini d’autore, scoprirete, in ogni nota e sfumatura, la storia, la dedizione e il carattere vulcanico della terra e delle persone che la coltivano. La degustazione è accompagnata da un leggero abbinamento snack servito con ogni vino. “Beyond the Ashes” è un omaggio alle nostre radici e un cenno all’iconico vino “Cenizas de Timanfaya” del 1999, che ha segnato una pietra miliare nelle Isole Canarie, così come le ceneri vulcaniche che hanno modellato i terreni continuano a definire il carattere dei nostri vini oggi.

Il vostro viaggio inizia con un caloroso benvenuto nella nostra cantina boutique. Scopri l'incredibile segreto geologico della nostra tenuta: la cantina è costruita direttamente su una vera e propria vena lavica visibile. Scopri come le drammatiche eruzioni del Timanfaya hanno creato questo paesaggio unico e fornito le basi per i nostri vigneti. Segui la tua Guida attraverso gli spazi intimi della nostra cantina. Imparerai a conoscere la viticoltura estrema delle Isole Canarie, scoprendo come le nostre viti prosperano nella cenere vulcanica e come bilanciamo la tradizione con l'innovazione per estrarre la vera forza del terreno. Concludi la tua visita nella nostra bellissima area degustazione. Guidati dal nostro Esperto di vini, godrete di una degustazione sensoriale di 4 vini d'autore. In ogni bicchiere, scoprirai gli aromi, le consistenze e le sfumature del terroir vulcanico. Per esaltare il profilo gustativo di ogni annata, il tuo volo vinicolo sarà accompagnato da una selezione curata di leggeri bocconi dolci e salati, perfettamente studiati per bilanciare la mineralità unica dei vini

We are a small group of friends who wanted to have a winery experience whilst on holiday in Lanzarote. We were not disappointed. It is an amazing tour and Alberto was an amazing host. The location is quite remote so recommend you give your taxi driver the coordinates rather than the address as it was quite difficult to find. I would also recommend that some signage be erected along the main road so it's easy to find. But it was a great afternoon and very interesting. Thank you to Alberto for taking the time to show us around his wonderful winery.

Great setting, lovely, lovingly designed bodega, super nice winemaker and guide and the best: very good to excellent wines for tasting with perfectly matching accompanying snacks. Visiting this family-run winery was easily one of the most memorable parts of our time in Lanzarote. There is something so unique about the volcanic landscape there, but what really made the experience stand out was the genuine warmth of the family. From the moment we arrived, we felt like guests rather than just another tour group. The tour itself was perfectly paced—very relaxed and insightful without ever feeling like a lecture. It was fascinating to see how they work with the land, and you can tell there is a lot of pride and history in what they do. The tasting was the highlight, of course; the wines were excellent, and enjoyed in such a peaceful, beautiful setting. If you're looking for an experience that feels authentic, personal, and away from the typical tourist crowds, I can't recommend this enough. It was an effortless, lovely way to spend a few hours soaking up the local culture and some fantastic wine.
