Langtang, Gosaikunda e Helambu Trek

Mount Mania, and especially our guide Balu, have always helped us incredibly well. Due to bad weather and unexpectedly heavy landslides, the Manaslu trek became dangerous. That’s why we wanted to switch to another trek, even though we were already at the starting point of the Manaslu trail. Balu thought along with us and arranged a direct Jeep to take us to the start of the Langtang trek. From there, we were able to enjoy an amazing trek, along with many pleasant evenings with Balu. He was always very helpfull in every situation. He truly was a friend during the trek, more than just a guide. We would really recommend him to everyone!!!

We had an awesome experience doing the Langtang hike! We couldn’t imagine a better guide than Balu! Communication in English was very good, he booked the right lodges and created a funny, and relaxing atmosphere during the hikes. A man that I would really recommend for the journey! We had the freedom we wanted and we recieved the info and tips we needed. It was perfect!

I went for a total 10 days for lantang Yala peak trecking. We really enjoyed the time, our guide Ngima tamang is very good. He serve us well, very supportive and well time management.

It was an amazing experience for us guided by mountmania. This company is reliable and responsive. A warm wellcoming by Rupak in kathmandu, continue guided by Binod at lantang make us feeling safe and comfortable since the beginning ‘till the end of this trip. I used this company after being recomended by a friend and i was not dissapointed. I did the short helambu langtang valley trek (4 days). Binod my guide was very easy to get a long with and speaks perfect english even my scottish accent was no problem for him . Binod was very knowledgeable and always able to answer any questionsi had about landscape ,towns , locals , traditions ect . We went at a pace that was comfortable for me and always arrived for lunch or nightly stop very close to his estimate . the veiws on this trek were amazing and as i did it in march it was fairly quiet which i liked . There were plenty of great photo opertunities and Binod took as many photo breaks as i needed and helped with photos as i was myself and knew the best places for good veiws. He also knows a lot of the locals and guest house owners so any stops feel relaxed and freindly any one we met on trails ect were all very friendly . I would reccomend this trek to any one who is a beginer or novice as i do very hill walking back home last treks i did were everest base camp and anapurna base which i would also reccomend . I would use Binod again as he was very easy to get along with and also helped me out when i was struggling with my bag ( i brought far too much stuff) so travel light or use a porter if you have a heavy bag so yoy can enjoy the wonderfull veiws and great company of your friends a guide.After trek we met up again for lunch and drinks which was a great way to unwind i also visited his town and met his children which was nice as i felt i got to know more about him. I have attached a few of the many great photos i took . I would definetly use again and reccomend to anyone as ypu will not be dissapointed. When i am fit enough i will use them for everest base camp hopefull year after next.
