My husband and I wanted to tour the Mt. Fuji area looking for great places to photograph. We chose Forest Kraft Outdoors with Ryo as our guide. He was super informative, punctual, and went out of his way to accommodate us. Even though our full-day tour was interrupted by rain, we were only charged for half a day. Ryo took us to a great restaurant for lunch where we had the specialty - Hoto noodles! He graciously picked us up the next morning (sunny) and took us to a couple places to shoot photos before we left later that morning to return home to Ohio.

Our tour around Mt. Fuji with Ryo was absolutely amazing! Even though the weather didn’t fully cooperate, Ryo handled everything with such professionalism, flexibility, and a great attitude. He adjusted the itinerary seamlessly to make sure we still experienced the best of the area. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine care made the whole day unforgettable. Even though we did not get to see Mt. Fuji itself on the day of our tour, we learned so much and still got incredible views from various spots despite the conditions. Ryohei was our tour guide for a group of 3 including a teen,he was well prepared, very knowledgeable and so accommodating of our schedule and very punctual. treated everyone with respect and considerate of our dietary restrictions .The tour was comprehensive, thoughtful, and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to spend a day in Kawaguchiko. We learned so much and had a delightful time. would definitly recommend him to family and friends.

Despite unlucky rainy weather obscuring our view of Mt. Fuji all day, we really enjoyed seeing the waterfalls, caves, lakes, and shrine around the area. Ryo made great suggestions where to go and we appreciated the option of being picked up all the way at our hotel near Mishima Station. They also offered to reschedule our tour due to the rainy weather which was very considerate (although we stuck with the rainy day due to our itinerary). Overall we were very happy with our tour!

Our tour with Ryo today was quite special. He spoke great English, and drove skillfully to the different scenic locations only locals would know. He is attentive and perceptive enough to gauge our preferences and was able to recommend some amazing sites not covered by regular Mt fuji bus tours. This is a day well spent. Excellent tour. Fantastic day! Ryo was generous with his time, and planned a day where we got to see Mt Fuji and explore the surrounding areas. He took us to some hidden spots which were two of our highlights. Highly recommend!
