Our boat guide was great, a young man about to return to his university. Very enjoyable and fun, and we were the only ones on the tour which made is extra private and fun! Recommend the shorter tour unless you wish to spend the day on the lake and visit the touristy sites.
We booked a shorter trip but the company had to change this and offered us the 4 hour trip including stops to Bellagio and Varrena. The trip was brilliant and the highlight of our weekend. Fabio was our captain and he really did make the experience an amazing one. Speeding across the water with music and prosecco alongside some facts about the lake and villages, what isn't to love. If you can request a captain, Fabio is your man!
If you have mobility concerns, just know that of October 2026 you check-in in front of a restaurant where the dock used to be and then have to walk approx 20 mins to the actual dock.
Long walk from the original meeting point to the new meeting point. Rainy weather. The boat was very small and only held 11 passengers. By the time wwe got on the boat there were only two seats available in the front of the boat. There was no overhead cover so we took the full brunt of the rain. Could not hear our guide due to rain and the fact that he was behind us. The boat should have had adequate protection for the elements for all passengers. Spend alot of money and don't think we got our monies worth. Would definitely not recomment this trip to fellow travelers. bad experience for a 1 hour trip
I was dsiappointed with the size of the boat which only had room for 11 people. By the time we got a seat we were in the front seat of the boat with tour guide behind us so we could not properly hear anything the guide had to say. It rained and the boat offered no cover from the outside weather. I would not recommend this to anyone. Had to walk almost a mile to a revised meeting point.

Leonardo was fantastic! The tour was lovely and peaceful and prosecco doesn’t hurt.
The boat company was only ok. It was at least 40 minutes late and there wasn’t any communication about that but we were told to go to a different pier. Notifying us of delay would have been nice. The boat driver was fantastic though once we got on the water.
