Il forte di Lahore è un sito patrimonio dell'umanità dell'UNESCO situato nella parte nord-occidentale di Lahore, costruito nel 1566 dal terzo grande imperatore moghul Akbar con muratura in mattoni per i due scopi principali, rispettivamente dimora e difesa. Più tardi, l'imperatore Shah Jahan ottenne lo zenit nell'architettura, introducendo il marmo bianco, il lavoro di piastrelle a mosaico e il lavoro di pietra intarsiata all'interno del palazzo dello specchio. È stata sollevata qui nella commemorazione della risoluzione del Pakistan, che è stata approvata proprio nel luogo in cui nel lontano 23 marzo 1940, il padre fondatore del Pakistan (JINNAH) pronunciò un discorso storico per la separazione delle minoranze musulmane del subcontinente indiano.
Il Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal è conosciuto da molte identità, tra cui il Poeta Nazionale del Pakistan, il Poeta d'Oriente e il Padre Spirituale del Pakistan, grazie alla sua poesia rivoluzionaria, e al suo ruolo nell'ispirare alla creazione di uno stato indipendente per i musulmani, imprimendo l'ideologia del Pakistan. È anche riconosciuto come Hakim ul-Ummat (il Saggio della Ummah) per la sua visione più ampia della comunità musulmana globale.
La città murata è racchiusa da 12 porte e una di queste è Delhi gate, la più influente, famiglia reale era solita entrare all'interno del loro castello passando attraverso questa porta, essendo ammirata e accolta dai nativi.
Shahi Hammam Fu costruito nel 1634 nell'era dell'imperatore moghul Shah Jahan, mentre faceva un passo all'interno della città murata di Lahore, l'hammam fu il primo luogo di riposo e ristoro per i reali. Questo hammam shahi ha 3 sezioni di acqua normale, acqua fredda e speciale bagno sauna ammirato da Ottoman. Grazie alla sua grande meraviglia architettonica e disciplina ha ottenuto il premio al merito dall'UNESCO.
Questa è una delle strade più influenti e tradizionalmente decorate all'interno della città murata di Lahore, attribuita al nome del medico degli imperatori Moghul Surjan Singh che risiedeva qui. Si può sperimentare la loro anima estetica, cliccando sulla fotografia e facendo videografia.
È una delle moschee più iconiche in tutto il mondo costruita nel 1634, che rappresenta il vero senso estetico del quinto imperatore Moghul, Shah Jahan, raffigurando attraverso un intricato lavoro di mosaico, pittura ad affresco e calligrafia. La cerimonia di sbandieramento al confine di Wagah è un evento militare quotidiano e coreografato in cui soldati pakistani e indiani si esibiscono in spettacoli teatrali sincronizzati di abilità marziale e patriottismo prima che le bandiere di entrambe le nazioni vengano abbassate simultaneamente, a simboleggiare la competizione, la fratellanza e la storia condivisa dei due paesi. La cerimonia include calci alti, calpestii e marce, accompagnate da canti patriottici della folla da entrambe le parti, creando un'atmosfera elettrizzante di orgoglio e rivalità nazionale.

We booked the Lahore tour with Bilawal in May 2026. I booked directly with him via Whatsapp, he was professional, organized and very responsive. On the day of the trip, I arrived late due to traffic but he was patient and waited. He even met me at my car and exchanged information with my father who was a little apprehensive about sending my daughter and I on a tour with a stranger. Bilawal was very professional and polite. Though we were running a little behind, he prioritized our tour to ensure we could see all the monuments within the time constraints. Bilawal included plenty of detail in his explanation and history of each monument. My 10 year old daughter hung on his every word and loved hearing the stories connected to the Sheesh Mahal and the secrets of the Hammam. Bilawal included many little easter eggs in his tour that were interactive and allowed us to imagine how things might have been in the past when these buildings were teeming with life. We did not have to pay for anything whilst on the tour with him. He was well known by many other merchants and staff recognized him and greeted him with warmth which is a great sign to show his collegiality. I especially liked the way he spoke with people and children trying to sell us things, he was polite, and professional and asked them to please not interfere with the tour. We used Bilawal's services again to obtain protocol for the Wahga border visit. He was prompt and organized. We were on the list within 15 min of messaging him. My sister came to visit a few days after me and she used his services for the same Lahore tour and Wahgah border protocol list. We were all very satisfied with his services. I recommend Bilawal to anyone who is looking for a tourguide. He was very responsive on whatsapp to any questions I had about anything. I really appreciated it.

"2 days Lahore Heritage & sightseeing guided tour" with guide Bilawal from Pastenlighten Tours. Probably 4 weeks ago, after long thinking, I chose Pastenlighten Tours to explore full day Lahore guided tour for my guests from Belgium who were first time visiting Lahore.
