We had the best day with our 4 kids on this boat tour. Everyone loved it. Scenery is unmatched, food was absolutely delicious and our tour guide Gonzalo was super friendly, attentive and very knowledgable about the land and region. We loved learning about the lagoon and all its magic. Highly recommend for a fun day out!

Our captain Carlos was a super host, he made our trip the best experience of the Bacalar adventures. He grilled delicious meal on board - shrimps and meat - and even arranged a delivery of bubbles (plus two glasses) to the middle of the lagoon, as those were forgotten by the manager. Highly recommend Carlos - his client service is superb.

Family of five with young kids. We did the four hour lagoon tour and bbq lunch with Gonzalo. A+ experience. Gonzalo was great with the kids and the history of the lagoon (it's deep!!). Lunch was well prepared and well cooked. I loved the guacamole and the skewers with chimichuri. We will use the same service on our next trip. Gonzalo and the team will take good care of you.

Beautiful 4-hour family outing on the beautiful Bacalar Lagoon with our guide Angelo (perfectly francophone 😉) Thank you to him for his kindness, friendliness and all the information he provided us throughout this out of time walk!
