- L'ACQUA DELLE SORGENTI TERMALI è anormalmente calda e non trattata, e il bagno non è adatto a chi è incinta, ha subito un intervento chirurgico recente, ha subito un trauma o ha ferite non guarite, o ha una qualsiasi patologia cronica. L'acqua vulcanica danneggerà il colore dei costumi da bagno: usane uno di scorta!
- La lingua ufficiale è l'inglese, ma il nostro team è multinazionale e farà del suo meglio per soddisfare le tue esigenze nella lingua preferita (ciò non è garantito).

Those who want to experience nature are in the right place here. Don't forget your swimwear - it would be a shame. Kiara was great.
Small guided Tour. Matteo was an excellent guide! Thank you so much! Loved the hot springs and the Miradouro stops at Lake Fogo as well as the short stop at the old Bunker ruins down at the beach. Would definitely recommend!

You learn alot about the island. The tour guide took us to the crater twice because we could not see it the first time because of fog
Very friendly guide with a lot of knowledge (Sanne) who took us to beautiful viewpoints over the volcano and continued the tour along the water sources and the waterfall.

We booked this tour in order to get some interesting info about the island, learn more about it and expand our knowledge from experienced guides (the description provided to us about this tour said it will be run by knowledgeable Biologist/Naturalist guides). But actually it has been just driving from point A to point B, to the places where we could go on our own, by our car! I understand it might be useful to have this tour for visitors without a car, but for us it was actually a total waste of time and money. The tour guides had no knowledge about the island, shared no interesting stories with us and we could feel they have arrived to the island very recently. I really don´t undertand how a guided tour can be organize without a professional guides and the company charges for it. It was very disapointing. It should be in the description that its recommended for people who are not driving, and remove the part about knowledgeable Biologist/ Naturalist.

We have looked into your case and found that on your scheduled tour, due a late unfortunate reason, we have had to replace your tour guide at the last minute for a guide in training, who was the only person available. In these cases where guides change we make sure to inform visitors the latest at check-in. This is standard procedure. Visitors decided to proceed for a trip, so we went ahead with the tour. Unfortunately by your comments it appears as you may have not been properly informed, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We had almost no communication from the ship when at sea, but the Azores Whale Watching TERRA AZUL did everything they could in helping us to be able to take the excursion when we arrive at the port. They were very professional in arranging the transportation. The tour was very interesting and our guide - a young lady, was very knowledgeable. She even personally helped us when walking on uneven grounds - We are senior citizens with some disability. Soaking in the hot springs was unique experience. We wish we come again. Magdalena i Howard

Very personable and adaptive. We did not see the lake at the beginning because of the thick fog, so we did the beach and the baths first then returned to the view point and were able to see some parts of the lake. Everything went well and smooth.
Great views, impressive swift at Ribiera Grande. Guide Alex was great! Especially liked the falls and surf beach.

Alexandra was spectacular! Very informative and truly accommodating. I was the only one on this tour and felt like special treatment. Never felt rushed to see the sites. Felt like I was seeing hidden treasures on the island. Although the weather did not permit to going to Lagoa do Fogo, it was still Worth the adventure. Thank you again! Must see locations, recommended!
