Nella nostra fattoria imparerai a preparare il tuo caffè a casa come un professionista. Il nostro barista esperto ti fornirà tutte le conoscenze di base necessarie per la preparazione. Preparare il caffè può essere molto semplice con pochissime attrezzature e può cambiare il modo in cui lo assapori. Durante questo workshop prepareremo lo stesso caffè in tre modi diversi e sperimenterai le differenze di gusto. Tutto questo avviene nella nostra sala di tostatura dove potrai anche vedere il tostatore. E se hai tempo puoi anche aggiungere un tour gratuito della fattoria prima o dopo il workshop.

The coffee workshop is great! It was a hands on experience to brew and taste the coffee. Normally I have cream or sugar in my coffee but with the tasting we did black coffee and the coffee was rich and did not need anything to it to enjoy. I got some great tips to brew coffee which I will use moving forward and even bought coffee
This is a fun and interactive class. You get to learn about the growing, harvesting, and roasting process and how each step effects the coffee you drink.

It was a very enjoyable and informative one hour seminar on different methods of brewing coffee. We actually learned quite a bit.
We were educated about different brewing styles - pour over. French press and espresso methods. The coffee to water ratios, ground style and be able appreciate the different outcomes.
