Great experience! Loved it, definitely recommend!!
I use a cane and arrived 90 minutes early, confirmed with very helpful kiosk agents that the boarding process would include a ramp with handrails. They were wonderful, showed it to me, showed how it set up when the next Sebago boat came in and used it. I was happy to wait and eager to go on the dolphin watch. When our scheduled boat showed up, the capt and crew had no interest in being helpful and ignored requests: instead they set down a flat wooden board less than 30” wide (no rails at all) that even a number of the mobile/agile participants hesitated to use. The kiosk people approached him and he waved them off. You know what? I’d brought $60 to tip the crew and regularly leave glowing recommendations on Yelp, TripAdvisor and Google. I had waited 90 minutes in the heat, happy at the prospect of seeing dolphins. Now, I appreciate the refund, I do, but is this really the way this company treats people with a disability who have paid in advance and are eager to join in? It made me feel like my presence was meaningless. And no, I didn’t go up in front of the whole crowd and announce that I needed them to switch to the ramp with handrails that was sitting not ten feet away… and very few handicapped people ever would do so when the captain showed zero interest. By the way, I was sitting right there in the bright red mobility scooter that I’d already made arrangements to leave onshore, I saw the kiosk person speak to the captain twice (he was paid no mind), and so? If that’s how you all do business, you’ll never get mine again and I will make sure that other mobility challenged people never feel the same regret and embarrassment.
We take the safety and comfort of our guests very seriously, and we're sadden by the experience this guest had. While true that she was told by our sales team that the boarding ramp would have rails, they were incorrect unfortunately. The 4 foot ramp used for that vessel is the only one we have that fits that vessels entry point. After speaking to two captains and the crew, they were unaware of this guest even being on our tour. Had she informed the vessel staff, they 100% would have helped her in any way possible. We have accommodated a vast amount of guests who have mobility issues and will continue to do so. Again, we apologize for this instance and will continue to be inclusive of all guests.
This was the best experience ever. Captain Brett and the first mate Robin made sure that everyone on the cruise had a great time and experience. He was able to find at least 15 dolphins which made the trip so special. Thank you to both of them for the AWESOME experience.

Wonderful experience, I would book it again anytime. We went far out with a great crew on the catamaran Cubed and observed the dolphins. I never would have believed I would see them, but then a whole group appeared. We took some really great pictures.

Weather was VERY hot and humid. Boat had no place to get good ventilation or air movement in the shade. No fans. Multiple passengers (inc us) were using wet napkins to cool themselves and drinking large quantities of cold water (which was provided). 2 person crew were good, but unable to offer any relief from the extreme heat. We did see a few dolphins. If any one in your party doesnt handle extreme heat well, it's a definite pass. Its borderline heat exhaustion territory (possibly heat stroke depending on the person) and was pretty miserable (for us).
I hear you, Dawn! Key West gets really hot and humid! The end of May, beginning of June is the beginning of our summer here and it can be stifling. I highly recommend if people are prone to heat exhaustion to wear swimwear and cool off with the freshwater hose at the back of the boat. We are very sorry you were uncomfortable and would recommend that you chose an activity that requires you to get in the water next time. It can be more refreshing and fun (and sometimes you even get to see dolphin).
This trip was so awesome! If you love dolphins (like I do) you MUST take this trip! Also, the captain and 1st mate were so cool!

The boat ride was so nice and relaxing. We saw plenty of Dolphins and it was a perfect day. Bonus was drinks were included!
