La nostra Guida locale ti introdurrà al ruolo di Torino nell'identità Italiana e al suo patrimonio culinario plasmato da 800 anni di dominio savoiardo. Il tour inizia in un caffè storico dove potrai gustare il Bicerin, una bevanda tradizionale al cioccolato ancora amata nei caffè del XIX secolo. Visitando i principali monumenti, scoprirai la storia della città. Successivamente, ti sposterai in un luogo accogliente, dove avrai una lezione sul cioccolato pregiato, con uno squisito cioccolato fondente realizzato con solo il 10% del cacao più pregiato del mondo, tutto biologico al 100% e "bean to bar". Assaggerete poi cioccolatini tradizionali come Gianduiotto e Cremino. Gianduiotto, a base di nocciole finemente macinate e cioccolato, ha una ricca storia che risale al XIX secolo quando il cacao era scarso. Quindi, godrai di una degustazione di vini con due vini piemontesi iconici, abbinati a un piatto di carne e formaggi biologici. La tua Guida ti insegnerà gli aromi e le sfumature di ogni vino per un'esperienza di degustazione professionale.

Piazza Vittorio Veneto è una grande e storica piazza nel centro di Torino, circondata da edifici barocchi, caffè e ristoranti. È dominata dalla Chiesa della Gran Madre di Dio e offre un'atmosfera vivace e vivace, soprattutto di sera.

Poi, proveremo vini bianchi e rossi tipici piemontesi, selezionati dalla tua esperta guida locale e abbinati a salumi e formaggi che esalteranno i sapori del vino e viceversa.

Fabio was fabulous! He was knowledgeable and informative. He was engaging and all he wanted was to make sure we had the best experience possible. His wine and chocolate selections were amazing and top quality. He made us better understand the complexities of both. Our time with him was worth every penny and flew by. We had our tasting with fabio. He was kind, open for questions and interessted in tailoring the tasting to us. Do inform him if you are vegitarie, so he can replace the meat with something fitting. He even suggested restaurants and spots to visit. 10/10

I had such an amazing experience at the chocolate and wine tasting! It ended up being just me on the tour thanks to some cancellations from other groups, so I learned a lot! Loved the side trip to the very old pharmacy. Guide was terrific and I found the whole experience to be great. Both the wines and the chocolate were unexpected, and very exciting.

Nice relaxing walk through the plaza, followed by the chocolate and wine tasting. The guide was very knowledgeable and super pleasant about n his presentation. Definitely worth the price, both in $ and in time. And the white wine that was presented was really remarkable.

We had an amazing time with Fabio, our incredible guide! He’s studied at the Slow Food University, and knew all the finer points about chocolate tasting, wine tasting, and food pairings. We took this tour early on in our trip, and I am so glad we did! Not only did Fabio give us a wonderful tour, he also supplied us with fabulous restaurant recommendations. We tasted a nice selection of chocolate with my 11 yo son. We both were pleased. Extremely kind and professional host, who was at the same time friendly and funny. His selection was very good, especially the last part with the chocolates all over the world (which honestly I came for). My little one, in contrary, liked the Turin's selection more. Anyway, each one of us found his perfect bite over there. Thank you for the lovely experience!
