Osserveremo i diversi pesci e frutti di mare che si ottengono nel nostro mare di fronte a noi e se ti piace gusteremo il tipico taco di Ensenada, taco di pesce
Arriveremo alla cantina più famosa di tutta la California (americana e messicana) e ci uniremo ad un eccellente gruppo di musica tipica del nord del Messico mentre ci godiamo una buona birra (non inclusa). Tranne il lunedì perché è chiuso
Vedremo come viene prodotto il nostro cibo più iconico, la tortilla. Dal mais riceviamo, attraverso il tino di cottura, alla macchina dove la tortilla esce calda e pronta da mangiare. Faremo sicuramente una tortilla taco con solo sale.
Possiamo pranzare da La Morocha o Muelle 3, l'emblematica e premiata cucina in stile Bajamed.
Se hai ancora voglia di divertirti di più, andremo all'iconico Riviera Casino per un margarita, il luogo di nascita di questo leggendario cocktail. Realizzato con tequila, Cointreau, succo di lime e un tocco di sale su ghiaccio tritato, è un classico che non passa mai di moda. Oltre ad essere il luogo di nascita del margarita, il Riviera Casino ha una storia colorata come hotspot per i gangster americani durante il Proibizionismo. Ai tempi, aerei e yacht portarono personaggi influenti dagli Stati Uniti a indulgere nel bere e giocare d'azzardo al casinò "illegale", rendendolo una vivace fetta del passato di Ensenada.

This was the best find! Lizette is terrific, so knowledgeable, a mountain biker and she takes tours on mountain biking tours, kayaking and wine tours. We were anxious to see the new wine region in Valle de Guadalupe in the hills of Ensenada, which has become very popular and is even more beautiful then the crowded Temecula. Lizette knew the area well, and even the wineries were very welcoming to us with our guidance. We had a fun lunch at one of the local places that was packed. I have hired her for our next Royal Caribbean day stops in Ensenada in September and again in October. Our 5 hour wine tour was the highlight of our whole weekend. She uses "What's App" and is very punctual and reliable. We highly recommend reaching out to MexGeo Tours, you won't be disappointed whatsoever!
