guide was walking too fast have a lot of knowledge
On the city tour, Max brought us much closer to the history, politics, and life in La Paz and Bolivia. His explanations were always very vivid and profound, as well as seasoned with a pinch of humor. Thanks to his good English, our children were also able to follow along well. There was no question to which he would not have had an honest and well-founded answer. All in all, highly recommended!!!
The tour was fascinating and an amazing value for money. Our guide Max was exceptional and he made every minute of it strongly engaging, providing us with detailed explanations and having patience for us to ask as many questions as we want. Very strongly recommend.

We had like a private tour since only the three of us were waiting for the tour that day. Max was an excellent guide throughout the visit, which lasted some 3 hours. Although he gave us very detailed informations at all 5 sites (as announced), he answered all of our numerous questions with much knowledge and local experience. We highly recommend this tour for starting your stay in La Paz, such an amazing city you want to explore more thanks to the guide.
Great tour with Max. Super interesting to understand more of La Paz - both historic and contemporary. Also a great route to help you orientate in the city - the tour is a good day one option (the route is not too arduous if you’re still coming to terms with the altitude). Max was an excellent guide and I strongly going a tour with him if you have the chance.
Very interesting Walk in La Paz with lokal stories about the City. 2.5 hours around the center of La Paz to visit lokal market, interesting streets and special the story about the prison in the middle of La Paz.
We took a walking tour with Max around the centre of La Paz. He taught us everything about the food, culture and history of the city and we learnt so many local secrets that we couldn’t have known otherwise! He’s a kind, funny and energetic host and we definitely recommend!

City tours are good to get a glimpse of the character of the city and its residents , wherever I go , I have always spent time wandering around the city , an activity I enjoy . La Paz is an old city with some unique features , the main thing is the high altitude and the many steep and narrow streets . The altitude certainly needs some getting used to and also the up and down steep roads might be taxing too . It is almost like going on a trekking trip in a city instead of on a mountain
