Non è necessaria esperienza! La tua guida esperta ti aiuterà ad apprendere le basi e a guidarti in una delle principali destinazioni ecoturistiche di San Diego. Dopo una breve lezione di pagaia e discorsi sulla sicurezza, porterai il tuo kayak sulla spiaggia di La Jolla Shores e pedalerai verso le Grotte marine di La Jolla ammirando le splendide viste e osservando l'abbondante fauna selvatica. Attraverserai anche le incredibili formazioni rocciose e le grotte (se le condizioni lo consentono), attraverso le vaste foreste di alghe e i punti caldi selvaggi e coronerai il tutto con un giro in kayak sulla spiaggia. Puoi vedere numerosi tipi di uccelli marini e di solito leoni marini, foche e talvolta delfini o persino orche! Cosa aspettarsi: preparati a bagnarti! Per motivi di sicurezza, l'operatore turistico non garantisce l'ingresso nelle grotte durante i tour. Ingresso alle grotte in base alle condizioni dell'oceano, alla sicurezza e alle capacità dei partecipanti, come determinato dalla guida. Questo tour è consigliato dai 6 anni in su. This is the second time I’ve done this tour - once with my husband a few years ago and now this time with extended family members. Both times I found this place to be well-organized with good communication. Our guide was Cody and sorry don’t remember the other one’s name. But they were fantastic and took good care of us.
We enjoyed our 2 hour afternoon kayak trip. Parking near the shop and La Jolla in general, is difficult. Give yourself plenty of time to find somewhere to park or Uber there. Yasin and Kyle were good guides. We paddled near the caves, but didn't actually go in due to lifeguards denying access. We saw a lot of sea lions. No complaints. Great way to spend an afternoon in La Jolla.
One of the absolute highlights of our trip. The guides were fun, helpful, and friendly and the sights were all incredible. Would recommend this to anyone who is physically able.
I visited the resort a few weeks ago to attend a wedding. I could not believe how beautiful it was. The grounds are well maintained and the best part of the hotel is the staff. I was greeted upon arrival by Issac, he was kind enough to escort me inside to the front desk. Great Professionalism! Isabel checked me in and gave me a great room facing the golf course! I really enjoyed the live music from Veranda as the atmosphere was welcoming. I can’t wait to go back again!
It was super fun and you will be in the water. It was exciting and a definite rush to be on the ocean. Our guides were wonderful and very knowledgeable. We didn’t go in the caves , the waves were too rough it I was very impressed that they put everyone’s safety first. Excellent and we will do it again!
Collin and Cassidy were fantastic guides! Easy trip over to the caves; more waves coming back. Great information about the area and the ecosystem. The whole outfit was well organized and seamless! Well priced. They thought of everything- even a plastic bag for wet clothes at the end. Highly recommend!
There’s a decent amount of paddling so be prepared. But if you can handle that, you are in for a treat. Sebastian and Analee are great and kept an eye on everyone very well.
Amazing experience! We took our 2 small children (10 and 6) with us and they did great. Easy check in and walk down to the beach! Our guides were great and led us into the caves with no problems. Definitely recommend as a family fun activity.
We had a great time but it is not really a sea-cave experience. We spent about 2 minutes in a tiny nook on the side of the cliffs while they took turns pulling 2 kayaks in at a time. If anything, I would have liked to have spent that time exploring more of the coast.
Cassidy and Luke provided an amazing experience full of sarcastic humor. My husband and I enjoyed the experience, the views and the wild life.
