È un anno emozionante per visitare il Parco Nazionale dei Vulcani delle Hawaii, Kilauea ha eruttato molte volte dal 12-23-24. Vogliamo farti capire le formazioni uniche che vedrai in tutte le isole Hawaii, e lo farai dopo il tuo tour privato di 3 ore con noi. Non mescoliamo mai gruppi di persone e cambiamo le fermate per adattarle alla tua famiglia e al tuo gruppo. Guarda il Parco Nazionale in un modo che non sperimenteresti mai da solo. Questo tour di tre ore è un tour privato del Parco Nazionale, per quanto possiamo mostrarvi. Solo circa un'ora o meno di guida; il resto del tempo, vi mostreremo le eruzioni passate nel Parco Nazionale. Ci incontriamo nella foresta pluviale temperata del Parco Nazionale al Kilauea Visitor Center. Anche se il Visitor Center è in fase di ristrutturazione, è ancora la location migliore per incontrarsi. È il primo grande edificio sulla destra dopo aver superato le cabine dei Ranger. Il Visitor Center è attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione.
Sperimenta le meraviglie di questo tubo di lava vecchio più di 600 anni e scopri come si formano i tubi di lava. Vedrai anche una verdeggiante foresta pluviale temperata, rare felci, segreti del tubo di lava e altro ancora. Questo mezzo miglio a piedi è pieno di specie endemiche di piante e uccelli. Spieghiamo alcuni degli antichi usi di alcune piante e il loro sviluppo unico per sopravvivere nelle aree vulcaniche.
Vedere il fenomeno geologico della zona di sfogo del vapore alla sommità di Kilauea. Scopri come sono state create queste bocchette, cosa c'è nel vapore e come la popolazione locale ottiene l'acqua (se perforano, colpiranno rocce calde). Guarda l'orchidea selvatica locale e come le bocchette del vapore hanno giovato ai primi viaggiatori verso la vetta di Kilauea.
Chain of Craters Road viaggia attraverso diverse eruzioni passate di Kilauea e molte formazioni laviche uniche. In sole 3 ore non possiamo mostrarvi tutti i siti lungo questo dinamico tratto di strada. Vogliamo mostrarvi il più possibile le diverse eruzioni. Non è possibile elencare tutto ciò che vi mostreremo perché può variare con il tempo, la velocità di caricamento e quanto tutti sono sicuri. La quantità di escursioni e viaggi su terreni accidentati sarà adattata al livello di forma fisica del gruppo e alla capacità di camminare e caricare / scaricare rapidamente.

Fantastic experience with four grandchildren ages 12-16. Our guide Rog was a wealth of information and he kept four teens engaged and excited the entire time. He also gave us tips for our continuing exploration in the park and area. We have taken many private tours. This was top of the list.

We had a great experience! Jodi was very informative and helpful. The tour was very interactive with all kinds of learning material. She took us to great view points we never would have known about on our own. She taught us a lot about the wildlife, plants, and if course lava and volcanoes. She also provided super helpful tips for our trip. We were running a few minutes late and she was so patient and even ran over the time alotted to show us everything. Totally recommend!!!!

Rob was an amazing guide. He knew of all the most interesting spots throughout the park to make it a wonderful experience. Our family learned so much. He was especially good at making things interesting and informative for our kids (9 and 12). Rob also helped us plan several activities/stops in the park for time spent after our tour. Amazing experience. He knew so much about the history of volcanoes and took us to incredible sites. The entire family enjoyed the experience. Van was very clean and comfortable to travel in. Well worth the cost to have a private tour of the park. Our guide had a deep knowledge of the park and native culture, giving us an in-depth and personal experience. We visited a few of the less travelled - hence less crowded - spots within the park. A wonderful experience!
