Chiamando tutti i bevitori di caffè e gli amanti della natura, vieni a conoscere la produzione e la lavorazione di chicchi e spezie. Tám Trình Coffee Experiences si trova a un chilometro da Elephant Falls. Il nostro tour delle piantagioni fornisce informazioni sulla coltivazione del caffè e traccia il processo del chicco di caffè dalla piantagione alla tazza. Il tour inizia con una breve passeggiata attraverso la piantagione. Lungo questo percorso, i visitatori imparano a conoscere la crescita delle piante di caffè, dalle piantine nei vivai fino al momento in cui vengono piantate e raccolte nelle piantagioni. Il tour termina con la visita al laboratorio del caffè, alla torrefazione e apprende le varie miscele e assaggia i sapori del caffè che Tám Trình ha da offrire. Il tour è condotto da un agricoltore locale che ha esperienza nella coltivazione da oltre 30 anni.

The Tam Trinh Coffee Experience is a magical place surrounded by misty mountains, the Elephant Waterfall and Linh An pagoda…drink the locally brewed coffee and enjoy. Only about 30 minutes drive from the airport and Dalat, Lam Ha is a few degrees warmer than Dalat and a garden of Eden for avocados, pepper, all types of fruit and flowers, without forgetting the coffee which you can learn more about during you visit to Tam Trịnh! The farm is very nicely located and you get an insight into coffee growing in Vietnam and can ask many questions. A view of the Elephant waterfall, which is currently closed, is also available. After the tour we were able to try out how to make coffee with the small filter. Our tour guide Nina was super nice and explained and told us a lot. It was a lot of fun to look at the farm with her and she showed us the best photo spots.

Tip for people from Da Lat: We didn’t want to do a full-day tour, so we decided to take a Grab from Da Lat to the plantation and asked the driver to wait for a couple of hours. This worked perfectly. The tour itself was fantastic! Our guide spoke excellent English and made the whole experience engaging and interactive. Rather than just listing facts, the guide checked in to make sure we understood and were enjoying the process. It was a great way to learn about how coffee is made. Highly recommended if you’re interested in learning more about coffee plantation and production!
