Vivi Bari come un locale nel nostro Street Food Tour, scoprendo sapori e storie autentiche mentre esplori le perle culinarie della città con una Guida locale. Il nostro tour parte da Piazza dell'Odegitria, all'interno di Bari Vecchia, il centro storico della città. Il tuo Esperto locale ti aspetterà alle palme vicino alla porta d'ingresso della Cattedrale. Cominciamo il tour!
Passando vicino alla Cattedrale di San Sabino, ci godremo la nostra prima degustazione: la focaccia barese, il cibo di strada più iconico di Bari. Appena sfornato, croccante all’esterno e morbido all’interno, è condito con pomodorini e olive e rappresenta perfettamente la cucina semplice e saporita della città.
Proseguendo per le vie storiche e passando vicino al Museo Civico di Bari, ci fermeremo per un panzerotto caldo e appena fatto. Dorato e frizzante, con un classico ripieno di pomodoro e mozzarella, questo amato snack è un vero e proprio simbolo della cultura alimentare di tutti i giorni di Bari.
Passeggiando lungo Corso Vittorio Emanuele, assaporeremo un autentico panino al polpo. Preparato secondo la tradizione locale, offre un audace sapore di mare e riflette il forte legame di Bari con l’Adriatico e il suo patrimonio ittico.

What a fantastic experience with Nicholas as our guide! This was probably the most authentic food tour we have ever been on. The food was amazing and we appreciate Nicholas accommodating our dietary restrictions. His extensive knowledge of the history of Bari and his quick sense of humor made this tour even more enjoyable. This was the perfect way to explore Bari! We were only briefly there and wanted to make sure we got some good food while also learning about the history of the city. This tour was the perfect way to do it! The food was delicious (and very filling), the stories that Nicholas, our guide, told were interesting and exciting, and we were pleased that we were able to enjoy drinks along the way. Anyone visiting Bari will enjoy this tour!
Amazing tour with Nicholas! Bari is a beautiful city with amazing food. Nicholas is full of knowledge of the city, history, current events and news and Food. We got additional recomendarías of places to visit. Don’t miss out, it is a great introduction to the city and the area. Our teenagers loved it!

This was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bari. This old town in Bari was so quintessential Italy and full of so much history and culture. Nicholas was our guide and he was wonderful, he like family at the end. He was super kind and engaging with all of us. The food was incredible and we were so full bythe end of it. Best octopus I’ve ever had in my life. I would absolutely do this again and I think you can’t miss it if you come here.

There is great street food and a fascinating history in Bari. The ultimate street food tour combines these aspects very well. Nicholas was an excellent tour guide. He is from Bari and therefore could provide personal experiences and anecdotes. He struck a great balance between some historic background, facts about the food and fun anecdotes. Additional to the great tour Nicholas provided a list of recommendations that fills days in Bari and ensures that one gets the most out of Bari's rich culinary offer. Therefore we would recommend doing the tour as early in your holiday as possible.
