Had you informed us that you were unhappy with your table, we would have been more than happy to move you, especially since the boat was not overcrowded—we actually had 133 seats available that evening. Regarding the atmosphere, we are very transparent on our website that the White Orchid is a vibrant experience featuring a buffet, live music, cabaret shows, and dancing. It is designed for those who enjoy a lively, social environment. For guests seeking a quiet, romantic, or high-end private dining experience, there are many excellent luxury alternatives in Bangkok (such as the Manohra or Apsara cruises) that offer a completely different style of service. Lastly, we would like to clarify that a two-hour wait at the pier is never required; the boat docks at a scheduled time. Before recommending that others 'avoid' an experience, we believe it is important to research the specific type of cruise being booked and, most importantly, to speak up on the night if something isn't to your liking.
