Chopsticks workshop/making became really essential part of our trip and this place made it as memorable as possible. Wonderful and helpful staff, Alessandro helped us all the way through the choice of wood to the last touches of oiling. Highly recommend!

Very child friendly and good guidance from SAI
It was amazing! I honestly had so much fun with my family. Sai, the worker who was helping us was great and really helped my mum and I with our sad looking chopsticks. I really enjoyed this and I recommend it for anyone coming to Kyoto!
We turned up a little late to the booking due to traffic and getting lost but the company were completely understanding and we still made our reservation. Sai was a very good teacher, leading us through all the steps with ease. If I ever come back to Japan Kyoto I will definitely come back to make another pair :)
