Questo non è un giro turistico da lista di controllo. È un'esperienza locale in e-bike a Kyoto attraverso templi Higashiyama e vicoli nascosti, guidata da qualcuno che percorre queste strade ogni giorno. Al Santuario di Shimogamo, facciamo il famoso omikuji dell'acqua (incluso): immergi la carta nell'acqua e appare il messaggio, una tradizione intelligente e una divertente prova di fortuna. Visitiamo poi la tranquilla zona di Honenin, proseguiamo per l'iconica Nanzenji e finiamo al Santuario di Heian. Evitiamo le strade principali trafficate quando possibile e adattiamo il percorso alla folla e alle condizioni, mantenendo la corsa fluida, sicura e memorabile. Se volete una Kyoto che vi sembri vissuta e autentica, questo giro fa per voi.
Ci fermiamo al Santuario di Nashinoki, un luogo visitato dalla gente del posto per l'acqua fresca di sorgente. Riceverai una bottiglia, la riempirai al santuario e la userai come acqua potabile per tutta la durata del viaggio.
Pedaliamo lungo il fiume Kamo, un luogo dove la gente del posto si rilassa e trascorre del tempo nella quotidianità di Kyoto. Senti l'aria aperta e la brezza del fiume mentre evitiamo le strade principali trafficate e scegliamo sentieri e strade secondarie più tranquille.
Ci fermiamo al Santuario di Shimogamo, un antico santuario situato in una zona boschiva a nord del centro di Kyoto, noto per la sua atmosfera calma e la profonda presenza storica. Qui proviamo la famosa fortuna dell'acqua - immergi la carta nell'acqua e appare il messaggio - una tradizione ingegnosa che sembra una divertente prova di fortuna.
Visitiamo il Tempio di Honenin, un luogo tranquillo a Higashiyama che si sente lontano dai percorsi turistici trafficati. Ci avviciniamo attraverso strade locali e vicoli nascosti, e ci prendiamo del tempo per goderci la quiete e la semplice bellezza dei terreni del tempio.
Ci fermiamo al Tempio Nanzenji, una delle zone più famose di Kyoto, nota per il suo grande cancello e i suoi ampi giardini. Ci prendiamo del tempo per goderci l'atmosfera e scattare foto, quindi continuiamo il viaggio mentre adeguiamo il tuo percorso ai livelli di folla della giornata.
Finiamo a Heian Shrine, un punto di riferimento suggestivo con un ampio approccio e un impressionante cancello vermiglio. È un ottimo posto per le foto e un chiaro "momento di Kyoto" per chiudere la corsa prima di tornare indietro.

Fantastic tour! Kie was a fantastic tour guide. I highly recommend this bike tour. We visited many temples and shrines that would be hard to reach without bicycles.

We had a fantastic morning thanks to Kei! We started with a briefing on the bikes and soon set off on our adventure. Although the e-bikes are quite fast, Kei guided us safely through Kyoto’s streets and intersections. This part of the tour didn't last long, as we quickly found ourselves cycling through a quiet, green area of Kyoto—it was wonderful to escape the bustle of the city for a while. The itinerary included a stop by the river, as well as visits to two shrines and two temples. Every place we visited was truly unique and beautiful and we also participated and learned a lot about rituals. We discovered wonderful spots that we never would have found on our own. Kei is a kind, respectful, and engaging guide who speaks excellent English. Communication with Kei before, during, and after the tour was also fantastic! Kei-san, arigato gozaimashita!
