Kolsai e Kaindy Lakes con gita di un giorno ai Charyn Canyons

Simply stunning. Getting to the lakes takes a bit of work, But it is worth it. Pro Tip: Once you reach Kolsai, take the bus which drops you off nearly halfway and walk rest of the way to save time and make time for boating at the lake. Charyn canyon was also amazing but there wasn’t enough time to cover it in full and the trek wasn’t easy especially under the hot sun. Make sure to pack the right shoes. The only downside of the trip was the bus carrying us had an issue with its air conditioning

We had made a day trip with Joinme Asia to Charyn Canyon/River, Moon Canyon, Black Canyon, Kaindy Lake and Kolsai Lake. The tour guide/guide Abuhair was very good, informative, friendly, made a good mood for the very long day (4.45 am on departure Almaty / 9.45 pm return Almaty). Also the bus driver was top! We can highly recommend the tour of Joinme Asia, they would book again at any time!

The tour was planned very well and the spots truly amazing!! Some of the most stunning places I’ve ever seen! The bus ride is quite long, but definitely worth it in the end. Would definitely recommend the tour!

I joined the trip with a group of about 20 participants in total. Our tour guide Zhana took great care of us together with the driver for the whole day. The tour was well organized with clear instructions at the very beginning as well as at every stop. The scenes in winter give you that winter wonderland experience. Would definitely recommend this tour if you are coming to Almaty.

Kolsai and Kaindy Lakes were absolutely stunning—peaceful, fresh, and surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests. Kaindy’s sunken trees made the lake feel unique and almost magical, while Kolsai was calm and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Charyn Canyon was just as impressive, with its dramatic rock formations and incredible views that felt unreal. The whole trip was unforgettable, and the mix of lakes and canyon made it one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. Highly recommended!
