The island was beautiful, totally worth the trip. We loved the friendly crew and the quality boat. Breakfast and lunch were delicious!
What an amazing walk! The journey lasted about an hour. The staff was very attentive to the people who felt nausea on the boat (TIC: TAKE THE REMEDY BEFORE YOU GO!). The captain was always asking if we were feeling well. The meals are very well prepared and are very delicious. They have cabanas / beach bars very comfortable for us to enjoy the beach. The whole staff very kind. The marine safari with the captain was very fun. It's worth it!
Let me start by saying: the island was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! 🌴🌊 The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind from beginning to end. They really made the experience even better. Now, let’s talk about the boat ride… 😂 TAKE THE MOTION SICKNESS PILLS! I’m not saying the ride over was rough, but let’s just say I had a few moments where I started questioning some of my life choices. 🤣🌊 The waves were definitely doing the most! Thankfully, the ride back to the mainland was MUCH smoother, so I survived to write this review. 😂 Once I arrived, though? PURE RELAXATION! 🏖️ The island was breathtaking, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. There were plenty of shaded beach chairs available at no extra cost, so I grabbed one and basically planted myself there for the day. 😎 The food was delicious, too! 🍽️ I didn’t venture past the beach, so I can’t give any feedback on the lighthouse or shipwreck. Honestly, once I found my shaded chair and saw that gorgeous water, I had absolutely no desire to go anywhere else. 😂 Overall, it was a fantastic day—beautiful scenery, good food, friendly staff, and plenty of time to relax. I would definitely recommend it! Just remember: motion sickness pills BEFORE the boat, not after you’re already regretting your decision! 😂💊🌊 Would definitely do it again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The staff were friendly and helpful. The island was interesting to see--and it was overall a pleasant beach day. I recommend Miss Ann's overall. My only caveat is that the trip isn't good for people who have mobility issues and/or seriously klutzy.
We've done a ton of excursions at various places around the world and this was one of the most disappointing. Possibly because we've done some really incredible ones (Sardinia, Hawaii, Cayman) that this one just fell extremely flat. First, Klein Curacao is a coral graveyard. Snorkeling was not good - we saw one sea turtle and the guides had to feed the fish to get any additional activity at all. There is dead coral everywhere and the reef is entirely decimated. The "beach house" and premium bar that Miss Ann's markets is not what we experienced. The "beach house" is an open air glorified hut. The restrooms were under renovation so we had the pleasure of porta potties. So gross. The only positive was there was a fresh water shower. The food was pretty typical of what to expect on these types of trips so it was fine, but we paid extra for the open bar and it didn't open until noon and closed again at 3, and to say they were conservative with the alcohol poured per drink is an understatement. The lighthouse was fine and the shipwreck was fun to see, but not worth wasting an entire day on the excursion. Staff did a good job and were friendly and helpful - we cannot complain about them. Klein Curacao wasn't particularly crowded, but if you're wanting a good beach day I'd elect to beach hop from the bigger island of Curacao than spend an entire day on Klein Curacao. The yacht itself was fine - especially because the ride to Klein Curacao is pretty rough and the boat did a good job of cutting through the water. It would be tough on a catamaran or smaller vessel. Generally, I'm not a complainer and money aside, I don't think it was worth a full day to trek out there with not a lot of action once we arrived. Traveled with my 9-year-old son and husband. This is based on collective feedback from us.
What an unforgettable experience! 🌴⛵ Our boat trip to Klein Curaçao was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Miss Ann's Boat trips crew were friendly, professional, and made sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. The island itself is breathtaking, with crystal-clear turquoise water, soft white sand, and incredible snorkeling with so much marine life to see. Beach chairs, sheds and a beach house with bathrooms and showers are also provided. The boatride across was calm, the boat was not overloaded. Upon reaching the island, the little motor boat ride across was easy and the staff were very attentive and accommodating as well. The food and drinks served were excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxing throughout the day. I appreciated that while being on vacation and visiting this Island, I only had to pack my personal items to take with me. Everything else was well thought about & organized, breakfast, Lunch, drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) even water, making it easy to just enjoy your visit and the beautiful scenery and make lasting memories. I highly recommend this trip with Miss Ann boat Tours to anyone visiting Curaçao—it's truly a must-do experience. I do hope I can revisit 1 day.
Amazing experience! We made the tour on a Sunday because on this day the boatboat leaves at 9am and the alcoholic beverage is included. The place where the boat departs is at the southern tip of the island and from the center the journey takes approximately 45minutes. On the boat the route lasted 1:10h, really hit pretty much even being a yacht, five people went wrong. The beach structure is great, has shade and loungers for everyone. Breakfast and lunch are great and the afternoon still has fruits and salads. The entire crew super attentive. All impeccable.
Our adult family of 6 took the day-long Miss Ann boat trip and had a great time. The crew was upbeat and made the day easy and fun. Pro tip: take Bonine 1 hour before the excursion- it is a rough and wet ride out to the island. While others were getting sick around us, we were fine. Breakfast and lunch were organized, efficient, and delicious. The island itself is flat, with an interesting walk to an old lighthouse and shipwreck. No signage tells the story of these structures, but they are fun to explore. The palapas provide necessary shade and excellent views of the water. You can purchase alcoholic beverages, but tea and water are provided. There is a guided snorkeling activity, but you can explore on your own as well. The guided activity was crowded, and they use bread to feed the fish, so we were swimming with schools of fish. Overall, we thought it was worth the hour drive to and from Sandals from our villa in Coral Estates.
The staff were very helpful and helpful. Good amenities and great food
Klein Curacao is beautiful. We had a great crew, captained by John. The food provided was delicious! One piece of advice, if you get seasick, you may want to rethink this tour! Several people in other parties on the boat were extremely ill as a result of rough seas. The crew handled the medical issues wonderfully, but be warned!
