Segui il percorso a cavallo nella Knockreer Estate a nord di Lough Lein, prendendo l'essenza del Killarney National Park. Le scuderie sono aperte tutto l'anno per il giro di 3 ore ogni giorno dalle 8:00, offrendo hacking, trekking e passeggiate nel parco nazionale di Killarney per tre ore. I cavalieri sono invitati alle stalle almeno 30 minuti prima dell'orario di inizio. Il parco è stato designato Riserva della Biosfera dall'UNESCO nel 1981 e fa parte di un'area speciale di conservazione. Il tuo percorso ti porterà oltre Lough Lein, il più grande dei tre laghi a Killarney e attraversando aree di straordinaria bellezza naturale. Aspettatevi fantastiche vedute delle impennate montagne e delle dolci colline con il ecosistema unico tra cui numerose specie di fauna e flora. Tutti i gruppi sono guidati e tutti i livelli di esperienza soddisfatti. Per i clienti che non vengono equipaggiati, possiamo fornire cappelli e stivali da equitazione.

- Si prega di fornire le età dei bambini, questo ci aiuterà con la selezione del cavallo.
- Per abbinare al meglio ogni cavaliere con il cavallo più adatto disponibile, ai cavalieri verrà chiesto il loro peso, altezza e livello di esperienza di guida: ovvero: principiante, intermedio (10 anni più equitazione regolare) o esperto (15 anni più equitazione regolare).
- C'è un limite massimo di peso di 20 stone/280lbs/127kgs.
- Tutti i partecipanti devono essere in grado di montare un cavallo con relativa facilità e non avere alcuna condizione medica che possa essere influenzata negativamente con l'equitazione di un cavallo.

I am a very experienced rider and was matched with another solo rider who is currently a competitive barrel racer in the states as was I back in the day. Anyway, we both were totally under the impression by the description that cantering/loping would be involved. For a three hour ride, we trotted twice. So yes, both me and my riding buddy were disappointed in the experience. The trail around and through the park was nice and the guide, while not Irish, has some interesting facts. However, I wish it had been more authentic with a little more giddy-up!
Even though we had a very rainy morning, our 3 hour ride with Freya on Cracker and Dillon was spectacular. We saw hundreds of deer, including many fawns and stags, and wound our way through Killarney park. It is a top memory of our trip to Killarney. 10/10 Highly recommend!!
It was wonderful well organised! To be one with nature. Nothing will happen unexpected, de guides are vere helpfull and friendly.
We took the three hour ride and it had spectacular views and plenty of time in the park. My wife who had not great experiences on horses before had a great time. Horses were excellent. The team at Killarney Stables were so nice and very engaging. Annie was our lead and she was excellent fully engaged and fun to hang out with for the ride.
10000/10 recommend if you are in Killarney and are a horse lover. I saw ages and skill sets of all levels, and the guides were fantastic. I was able to book a longer more advanced ride and Emma was amazing when I asked if we could move up a bit more. Loved literally every minute of my ride. When I come back I’ll be riding again.
Awesome experience. The views were amazing, the horses were great, and the guides were awesome as well!
I had such a great time on this ride. I showed horses competitively for the majority of my life, so I always brace myself for group rides being painfully boring for me, but they (brilliantly) split advanced riders off into a separate group, so I had an experience that was my speed (no pun intended). And the views were of course beautiful, as they are in all of Ireland :) One thing to note: plan how you’ll get there ahead of time. Killarney’s city center is very small and walkable but the stable is of course a couple miles outside town, so it was my first time attempting to find a ride and I had underestimated just how limited the transportation options are in Killarney (none of the taxi or ride-share apps that operate in Ireland had ANY available drivers and there were no taxis near my hotel—I was fortunate enough that the stable employs awesome people who were willing to move my horseback ride to a later time when I wasn’t able to make it for my originally scheduled time).
Our guides were three lovely young girls! Very knowledgeable and so thoughtful in their help. It is a beautiful experience and one that will always be a fond memory. I suggest an early morning ride to enjoy the park as it awakens.
Clean and beautiful stable, great team, perfect horses. Felt very save, was a great and lovely experience. Would book again. 3h might be a bit long, 2h or 1h also available.
I loved the park and riding through it on horse back was awesome. But when you pay for 3 hours and you get 2 that's not right. I didn't realize the time till I got back to my hotel. Still waiting to see if I will be refunded.
