La cena e lo spettacolo culturale Khantoke presso l'Old Chiang Mai Cultural Center si basano sulla tradizionale cena thailandese e sullo spettacolo di balli. Per la cena Khantoke gli ospiti si siedono su stuoie di bambù sul pavimento e vengono serviti una vasta gamma di piatti della Thailandia settentrionale. Mentre ti siedi e mangi, sul palco viene mostrata una varietà di danze tradizionali thailandesi, tra cui la danza della spada e una popolare esibizione di tamburi. I did not see when bought tickets, a choice between western seating and Lanna (sitting on floor), and on the floor you had to balance your plate on your lap, And I was wearing a dress. We are 65/73 years old, and had to ask to move to a table, there should be more clear info on this when you order the tickets! Some of the food was very good, and some not. Example, we have had "sticky rice" numerous times here in thailand, and at this dinner thickness was like glue, no taste, and difficult to eat. Numerous dances in the show, but mostly so similiar it got boring.

The show was very good and provided cultural dances and music. We sat on the floor with pillows and not offered a choice of seats. Food was good but observed others eating different food. We were not offered a choice. Service was very good. Enjoyed the show and recommend.
