Siamo un'azienda a conduzione familiare e ci sforziamo di darvi un'esperienza che ricorderete. Offriamo un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e offriamo gli stessi tour che si possono acquistare a bordo della nave, ma ad un prezzo molto più conveniente. Lavoriamo con la nave da crociera il giorno e partiamo e torniamo se necessario. Puntiamo a partire tra le 08:30 e le 09:00 e tornare tra le 16:00 e le 16:30 salvo diversa indicazione della nave da crociera il giorno.

Segui la passerella fino alla piattaforma panoramica dove potrai vedere i leoni marini australiani nel loro habitat naturale
Guida per 1,5-2 ore da Penneshaw al Flinders Chase National Park, dove vedrai una delle iconiche formazioni naturali dell'isola: Remarkable Rocks. Lasciati stupire lungo il sentiero e cammina intorno alle rocce, ammira i panorami mozzafiato.
Dopo aver lasciato le Remarkable Rocks, ci dirigeremo verso Admirals Arch, ma con una breve sosta fotografica a Weirs Cove (se il tempo lo consente). All'Admirals Arch, segui ancora una volta il sentiero in discesa per circa 150 metri, quindi scendi alcune rampe di scale per vedere la seconda iconica formazione naturale sull'isola dei canguri. Qui vedrai anche le foche australiane che si divertono nell'acqua e giocano intorno all'arco.
Lascia Penneshaw, da dove arriva la tua nave da crociera, poi guidiamo per quasi 2 ore fino al parco dove poi trascorriamo circa 1,5-2 ore nel parco. Ci dirigiamo quindi a Seal Bay (se il tempo lo consente) da lì torniamo a Penneshaw.

Si prega di notare che, a causa della costruzione del terminal, il Consiglio ha chiesto di evitare il parcheggio al terminal dei traghetti. Saremo parcheggiati sulla North Terrace, che è proprio di fronte al terminal Sealink. Ci sarà personale informativo lì per aiutarvi e indirizzarvi nella giusta direzione. Poiché c'è una leggera collina, per coloro che hanno difficoltà a camminare o chiunque altro, ci sarà una navetta gestita dall'Ente per il Turismo dell'Isola dei Canguri che farà salire gli ospiti sui nostri autobus dalle 08:30 in poi. Si prega di cercare di essere su una gara il più presto possibile, poiché abbiamo una scadenza con gli orari di partenza come di seguito: Tour panoramico - 08 : 30am - 09 : 00am. (Gli orari possono variare a seconda dell'orario delle prime e delle ultime offerte che si imbattono in Nave da Crociera) Riceviamo un avviso dall'Ente per il Turismo 24 ore prima dell'arrivo della nave, che ci comunica gli orari della prima e dell'ultima gara e lavoriamo con questo. Puntiamo a partire da 1 ora a 1,5 ore dopo la prima gara. Se l'ultima offerta è delle 17:00, vi riportiamo indietro per le 16:30. Se sono le 17:30, puntiamo a tornare per le 17:00 ma la maggior parte delle volte torniamo per le 16:30. Si prega inoltre di notare che se la vostra nave da crociera arriva in ritardo e parte presto, dovremo modificare l'itinerario. In caso di ritardo, contattare Kylie al numero 0458 471 419 - La nave non attracca o il tender viene annullato: Nessun rimborso senza Trip Protection. very good one day cruise ship excursion>Covered all the amazing sites and natural beauty of the island in the time we had. Phip and his wife run a great tour company.
Tour was wonderful. Despite delays (related to guests) which forced changes to the itinerary, we had a full day and saw lots of wildlife and many habitats. Our tour guide Darren was fabulous and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour.h
The itinerary was changed midstream. We did not see the rocks which is why we booked our trip. I have tried to let the provider know but they do not provide a link.
Thank you for your comments and I am extremely sorry to hear of your disappointment. Please note that 3 buses were all doing this same tour and for some reason, this particular tour guide decided to take it upon himself to change the itinerary. The other 2 buses did the tour as per the itinerary. The tour was suppose to go to Flinders Chase and do Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch as this has been our signature tour for over 10 years for the Shore Excursion Scenic Tour. The tour guide was given instruction by myself that morning in person and the itinerary was reinforced to him as follows: Seal Bay Conservation Park Flinders Chase Visitor Centre Remarkable Rocks Cape Du Couedic Admirals Arch Rainy Creek - Koala Spotting Pennington Bay Back to Penneshaw This is the same itinerary we always do. Please note, that I am extremely disappointed in this particular tour guide and I do not take this lightly, so please be assured that your complaint has been taken seriously and after careful consideration about this matter, we have decided that this particular tour guide will not be doing these tours again. Its not ok to change the itinerary without seeking permission or discussing this with management. If you ever do decide to come back to Kangaroo Island, please reach out to us as we would love to offer you a 50% discount to come on a full day tour with us.
We enjoyed this tour and lunch was very nice, but Kangaroo Island is very large and to drive 400km in a day means you spend a lot of time driving. You also need the patience of the latecomers from the ship, seems no matter how detailed instructions people will still just turn up as they please late. Can't fault the tour operator as that is beyond their control, unless they have two buses to take the early risers out first. Our tour guide Roger was great at getting us around and returned to the ship. Loved Kangaroo Island its now a place I would like to return to.
We had an excellent full day trip with Darren (so?). He was an excellent driver and was full of local knowledge, history, and charm, without feeling the need to fill every minute of the drive with talk The tour included admiral’s arch, the remarkable rocks, seal Bay, and a. spot to get out of the bus, stretch our legs and spot some wild koala’s in a small gum tree grove. Excellent generous chicken salad with carrot cake and fruit juice. . All in all, an excellent way to pass a day. We highly recommend this tour.

Hi Sharon, thanks so much for your review. Yes, the cruise liners consistently update us during the day regarding departure times. This is often based on weather, tenders etc, so sometimes our guides have to adapt accordingly.
Wonderful tour geared entirely to cruise passengers. Have seen all the animals in the wild! Lunch was fine. Driver told a lot!

Unfortunately Viator regularly does not give an accurate pick up point of their tours. We were getting off the cruise ship tendor and Viator said the bus would be right there. This was not true. The pick up point is about a 15 minute walk always going left till you hit a small beach. The volunteer guides when asked where this company bus was located sent us to the wrong pickup spot. It took us half an hour to find the right pickup spot on our own. Other passengers had the same problem and by the time everyone found the bus we left an hour and a half late! This ment that we had to skip going to the famous national park because we ran out of time. This is not the first time I have had a problem finding the right pick up spot with Viator. I wish they would be more accurate. The staff and tour were otherwise great!

Just to clarify with readers of the review as to the pick up point. The tour operator is quite thorough in ensuring clear directions. An email is sent 7 days in advance with pick up instructions. The message is sent through the Viator private message portal with an entire map attached, and forwarded to your direct email. Our apologies if you were not able to navigate the Viator message portal.
We had a wonderful day on Kangaroo Island. Darrin was a great guide and the arrangements were flawless. We spent a full day exploring most of the island, yet we were not worn out or bored. We had many stops, lots of variety and Darrin was very responsive to our requests. The included lunch was excellent and allowed us to see more and get back to the ship in plenty of time. A great day!
