Verremo a prendervi direttamente dal vostro Alloggio a Tokyo all’orario che più si addice al vostro programma e a seconda del traffico stagionale. Rilassati in una spaziosa Toyota Alphard climatizzata mentre ci dirigiamo a sud verso la pittoresca zona costiera di Enoshima e la storica città di Kamakura, sede del Grande Buddha del Giappone e di templi secolari. Dopo aver esplorato Kamakura, ci dirigeremo verso Chinatown di Yokohama, la più grande del Giappone, e l'iconica area del Magazzino di mattoni rossi, perfetta per passeggiate panoramiche, ristoranti e shopping di souvenir. Durante il viaggio, il tuo autista può aiutarti con la traduzione di base, lo scatto di foto e i consigli su ristoranti o attrazioni, garantendo una giornata fluida e rilassante. Had a great day would recommend
It was a total deception we paid for a guided tour in English, he was just chauffeur and didn't even speak English, he got lost and we had to wait for him to be located all the time. A real robbery. We had to do everything on our own without a guide.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that this product is not a formal guided tour, but a private driver-guide service (one person). It includes private transportation from your hotel to the sightseeing areas of Kamakura, Enoshima, and Yokohama, with use of the vehicle throughout the scheduled service period. Formal guide service is clearly listed in the exclusions of this product. The service is designed to provide comfortable private transport with basic assistance, rather than full professional guiding at each stop. That said, we do take your comments about communication seriously and will review them internally.
This tour provides a driver for all the different locations. However, they provide zero information about the history, etc.

The team is friendly, with prep team fluent in English. WhatsApp communication pre trip makes it very easy to coordinate itinerary. We needed to stop at an exhibition and the team helped find the best time and route to accommodate the request.

Kei was punctual in picking us up from our hotel and from all the places we visited throughout the day. We enjoyed exploring each site on our own. We managed to visit most of the places we were most interested in within our allotted time. Our time in Yokohama Chinatown was quite interesting and the food was plentiful. All in all, a very nice experience.
