Everyone so devoted to their work, very informative, lots of energy & enthusiasm! We enjoyed our trip very much.
The whale watching tour was a spectacular experience that was beyond my expectations. We had Captain James and guides Griffin and Monica. The guides were talking about how rare it was to see bubble net fishing. That is where small groups of whales work together to encircle schools of fish with a cylinder of bubbles and then feed on them. Each group would have five or six whales in it. We got to see multiple groups feeding that way! At one point, we were among two different groups feeding. We were so close to the whales that I didn’t need my binoculars. It was truly an incredible experience. Our guides knew a lot of the whales by name. We even got to see the baby whale, Goose, and its mother. The glacier part of the tour was the beginning. We were dropped off by bus to the visitor center. People could explore the visitor center and hike the trails on their own. I was confused because there were signs announcing all visitors had to buy a $5 ticket. It didn’t seem enforced, but I felt awkward about whether we needed to buy tickets in addition to the price we had paid for the tour. There had not previously been any mention of an additional fee, and the tour company had not given us any tickets to show. That is the only tiny room for improvement thing I would suggest to the tour company- to educate us on what we should do about the ticketing ahead of time. The bus drivers, Danny and Lexi, were entertaining during the drives. They pointed out sites and wildlife. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Our driver from Idaho was funny and took care of us. Our whale watching crew, Michelle. Sophie and Griffin were also amazing. We got to see bubble feeding and a lot of breaches and I loved how excited they were even though they do this every day.
My daughter Natalie works on the Disney Cruise and she told us her amazing experience whale watching. We watched her videos in awe. Our six family members went on the whale watching and Mendenhall glacier experience. Every crew member we encountered was incredible. Dylan was our bus driver to the glacier. He was a wealth of information and was so kind. Michelle, Alea, and Morgan were our captain and shipmates. We had an awesome experience seeing a pod of whales bubble feeding. It was awesome! Everyone on your team was so professional and knowledgeable and extremely kind and helpful. We will highly recommend your company to anyone we know that is visiting Juneau. Thank you so much. Everyone in the tour was extremely upbeat, enthusiastic, and cheerful. Griffin could barely contain his excitement seeing the whales, which was contagious. The whale watching was unforgettable. We saw so many groups of humpbacks bottle net feeding, and we were literally surrounded by whales.
Had a great experience with our friends! Saw the whales. Saw the sea lions. Saw the waves. It was fun. Make sure you bring your rain jacket! Monica Nate and Justin were 🔥

This trip was AMAZING! Larry found the perfect spot and Ash was so informative and fun. We saw bubble net feeding and many breaching whales. Highly recommend!!!
Amazing tour. We came upon a pod of about 12 to 20 whales feeding. They put on quite a show. The crew of Justin, Alea and Taylor were very friendly and knew so much about the whales. I would recommend this tour to everyone who wants to see WHALES.
