Insieme ci godremo il miglior barbecue in famiglia nel quartiere Palermo di Buenos Aires. UTILIZZIAMO ESCLUSIVAMENTE CARNE DA ANIMALI ALLEVATI AL PASCOLO - 100% ALIMENTATI AL PASCOLO. Il menù prevede l'abbinamento con quattro varietà di vini pregiati provenienti da piccoli produttori. Condivideremo un momento indimenticabile: i migliori tagli di carne pregiata proveniente da animali allevati al pascolo, 100% erba, grigliati da Marcelo, che è molto più di un maestro della griglia, è il padre della nostra famiglia e mette tutto il suo cuore in ogni piatto che prepara. Betty è la madre e l'anima della nostra famiglia e vi guiderà alla scoperta della storia dell'Argentine Grill, delle sue tradizioni e dei suoi aneddoti. Far exceeded my expectations, the knowledge the stories, and the food was amazing!
Definitely a must experience in BA! Betty and Marcelo were great host and the food was excellent!
We can’t think of a better first meal in Argentina than with Betty, Marcelo, and Veronica. They introduced us to the ways of asado that set the bar for the rest of the trip. Their utmost warm hospitality is a testament of how wonderful Buenos Aires can be. The only downside is that if you have your first meal here, other dining experiences in the city may not be as good.
A simply incredible experience! The family is adorable and wins you over immediately with their friendliness. Also, all the steps where the various cooking stages are explained are done very well. The location is delightful and makes you feel right at home immediately. And then the quality of the food: impossible to explain! It is a superfine quality. Everything is delicious. You never want to leave. Basically, it is an experience that must absolutely be done if you come to Buenos Aires….. Thanks again to Betty, Marcelo, and Veronica.

Betty, Marcello, and their daughter are excellent hosts and we learned so much about Argentinian food and culture with their family. We also enjoyed meeting and spending time with the other guests. The generosity of our hosts makes this a fantastic experience, and definitely a filling one.
