Booked the transfer for my parents. Our driver Gocha was very nice. Car was immaculately clean like it was brand new from the shop. Driver was professional, considerate and helpful. He even helped my 74 years old dad to get situated in a seat and carried the luggage inside the hotel lobby for them. Can thank you enough guys for such a service. Definitely booking my private transfers through you from now on!

This is the second time we used King and Queen for our transfers from JFK to Manhattan. The transfer was smooth and easy, car was clean and the driver polite. Another nice thing was that the driver messaged me when our plane landed to let me know where he was etc which was great. We used them again to return to JFK. I had to change the pick up time which was done by email - no issues and done swiftly. The driver txt when he was outside and was courteous and polite. All in all a very smooth and pleasant service Would thoroughly recommend using them 👍
