Questo tour mostra l'eredità ebraica a Varsavia. La guida della città non solo descrive l'orrore della seconda guerra mondiale, ma racconta anche la vita e il lavoro degli ebrei di Varsavia dall'inizio fino alla seconda guerra mondiale. Il nostro punto d'incontro è in Plac Grzybowski. La vita ebraica a Varsavia aveva qui il suo fulcro. Della vicina ulica Prozna rimane solo una parte. Inoltre, proprio dietro l'angolo si trova l'ultima sinagoga rimasta della comunità ebraica di Varsavia.
Janusz Korczak è la personalità più famosa di Varsavia di quel periodo.
Plac Centralny era il confine meridionale del ghetto ebraico. Non c'è nessun edificio qui che ricordi il periodo precedente al 1939. Tuttavia, il tracciato delle vecchie strade è ancora visibile sul terreno.
Questo angolo nascosto è uno degli ultimi testimoni silenziosi della Shoah a Varsavia.
Nel mezzo del quartiere degli affari di Varsavia c'è un ultimo pezzo di muro del ghetto. Fa parte di un blocco di appartamenti ed è un edificio storico.

I took the Jewish Quarter tour with Robert and the Old Town tour with Antek. Both tours were wonderful - interesting, informative and really told the story behind the places we went through. Robert and Antek were really great guides, each with their own personal touch, very knowledgeable and both kept the groups fascinated through the entire time. It's obvious they love what they do for a living. Thanks Antek and Robert! Hope to meet you next time I'm in the city :)
We booked the Jewish ghetto free tour yesterday morning for the afternoon in English. Nikki g was easy, email confirmation and started on time. Our guide Robert introduced us to the square and was very clear and easily to understand. Very knowledgable and related the info to various people that had an impact - can recommend this tour. Fair bit of walking but was expected. Would consider other tours with this company if in Warsaw again. Thanks Robert!
Robert was a truly amazing guide. He provided very detailed information regarding each site that we visited, and read poignant quotes and poems from important figures from Jewish history in Warsaw. I left the tour with a much greater understanding of the history of the Warsaw Ghetto. Robert happily answered my numerous questions regarding genealogy/Warsaw, so this was a huge added bonus! Antoni was equally knowledgeable, energetic and agreeable. An informative and personalized tour of Jewish Warsaw that bridged the pre-war period, through the difficult WW2 period and into the post-war period through to the present. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend to others. In addition, the price was a bargain for the quality and duration of the tour.
