My partner and I come to Puerto Vallarta for a relaxing and beach time. We had a great time! The place had all the essentials, cozy, beautiful view, we loved the pool on the 13th floor! Easy directions to follow. We absolutely adore it! Definitely coming back again and hopefully this place is available!
Fun couple of hours on the water. Have been wanting to do this bucket item for quite some time e time and it did not disappoint. Our guide Ever was great, keeping an eye on us and making sure we had a great time! Would highly recommended this experience while you are here in Puerto Vallarta.
Best experience I’ve ever had! Ever was our tour guide and he was amazing! The views were breath taking. Would recommend and would book again!
Ever was our tour guide for my partner and I. He was so kind, he took pictures for us, and he showed us lots of different sights. He took the time to show us different animals and we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle. The tour to the national park was breath taking. He made sure we were okay and had fun the entire time. 100% recommend and if I ever visit again, I’m booking through them. Thanks for an amazing time!
My partner and I went on this jet ski tour yesterday and we thought it wasn’t too bad until we talked things over at the end. First of all, check in was easy, we had no problem with it and the front desk lady was nice to us and explained everything we were signing as well as a locker to put our belongings in. Our tour guide, Ever, showed up and fitted us with life jackets and gave us some water and we made our way to the marina. He explained the safety signals and also gave us a quick explanation of how to turn the machines on and off. We headed out and as many have stated it felt very rushed. He drove very fast, which was fine as we were able to keep up and the ocean was reasonably calm, but we would have like the opportunity to stop and take in the scenery and snap some photos and other people unfamiliar with machines like this may feel uncomfortable going so fast so quickly into the tour. We made it to the national park and he pointed out some pelicans and vultures, offered to let us jump in - which we passed on - and then we took off back the way we came. My machine did stop working at one point but the guide was able to reset it and get it going again, and then his did the same in the marina, which he was also able to get going again. Glad we didn’t have the same issue others had with it not being able to be fixed out in the water. At one point my boyfriend stopped to take some photos and we turned back to make sure he was OK. The tour guide seemed mad that he had stopped but my boyfriend and I brushed it off. We went back and we were a little early so he let us rip around on the machines at our leisure. Most of the interactions with the guide were very short and borderline rude so we honestly ended up not talking to him much. We made it back to the marina and parked the skis after another couple of short/rude interactions with the guide, often talking loud at us and repeating multiple times what he was wanting us to do without any explanation, which was kind of crazy considering we had never driven jet skis before. I chalked it up to maybe he was having a bad day. We checked out, I gave him a tip because like I said, maybe a one off, but after reading some reviews it sounds like other people had the same experience, unfortunately. I rated 3/5 stars because the machine issues were a little sketchy out in the ocean like that, and the guide didn’t leave us feeling overly positive about the whole experience.
The double jet skis were perfect for our family. The team accommodated us very well. Our guide was very friendly and helpful. A fun time on the water!
Incredible attention from evert always attentive to the safety of all
Ever is awesome. Great experience. Thank you
So as far the the jet skis and experience itself everything was amazing. Our tour guide made sure we were safe but most importantly had a lot of fun. My only issue and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the morning of my tour I was informed that my time was changed from 1115 to 9. We were told it was because of Maintence issues with the jet skis. But when we got back from our tour around 11. We saw them take out more people on jet skis. Not the end of the world I would have just liked some more transparency and maybe a heads up more than just a few hours before the tour.
**My jet ski broke down during the tour, and I had to wait 30 minutes for a replacement. The equipment is old and poorly maintained. The replacement jet ski was terrible—it didn’t ride smoothly over the water or waves. When it came time to tip, I gave a generous amount, and the guide barely said thank you. He showed zero appreciation. The other group didn’t even tip, so you’d think he’d be grateful—but instead, it felt like we were just another group he didn’t care about. He put little effort into his job. The ride across the bay and the snorkeling were fun, but overall, this company clearly does not value its customers. Find another operator that actually cares about you.
