This was a fantastic and well-managed tour. Jeju Mama (Elin) was fantastic, enthusiastic and ensured that everyone was kept well informed at all times. The company and guides use Whatsapp extensively to provide full information and make sure you make all your meetups on time. The highlights were definitely the Seongeup Folk Village, Seongsan Ilchulbong and the Manjanggul Lava Tube. The coach has plenty of space if you want to take luggage with you; airport pick up (to start the tour) and drop off (after the end of the tour) is possible.

My friend and I booked this day trip because we only had 1.5 days to enjoy Jeju, and it was a great decision to do so! Elin (Jeju Mama) was a wonderful tour guide and the structure of the tour allowed us to hit nearly all of the island’s highlights. I think independently planning and finding transport to all of these places in one day would have been nearly impossible… Elin was extremely kind, welcoming, and seemed to genuinely care about the tourist group, remembering names, teaching Korean, taking photos, and even giving us some Jeju trivia. We really enjoyed our time with her and all of the locations we visited!

Jeju Mama (Elin) is the best tour guide ever! Seriously. The whole tour was amazing. Natural beauty sites, magnificent scenery. Elin, was our guide, she was informative, enthusiastic and a great photographer too, making sure we got all the good shots. We had an amazing all day tour exploring the beautiful East side of Jeju. Elin/“Jeju Mama” was the best tour guide we’ve ever had — she has the kindest demeanor and was very thoughtful with pacing and also provided excellent commentary. Had a wonderful, engaging tour with Elin, nicknamed “Jeju Mama”. She was amazing and extremely kind during the trip. I don’t know how anyone can manage a group of 35 adults, but she made it look effortless. The trip was a full day event and each stop was worth the experience. Tons of pictures.
