Il Sunset Safari inizia ad Albufeira nel tardo pomeriggio, dove la jeep vi incontrerà per godervi il tour accompagnati da guide esperte che condivideranno con voi tutte le loro conoscenze sulla regione, dalle tradizioni, alla storia, alla cultura e agli splendidi paesaggi dell'Algarve. Il momento clou di questo safari è lo spettacolare tramonto dalla cima della montagna, che offre una splendida vista panoramica. Godetevi questo magnifico spettacolo di colori accompagnato da un momento indimenticabile, sorseggiando un bicchiere di spumante offerto durante il tour. Lungo il cammino abbiamo percorso sentieri rurali tra diverse piantagioni di alberi da frutto, attraversando villaggi dove ci siamo fermati per assaggiare prodotti locali come il miele e il liquore al corbezzolo "Acqua di fuoco".

Itinerario
Punto d'incontro e partenza per il tour. Da Albufeira partiremo per il tour, troveremo le tradizionali case algarviane. Lungo la strada, vedremo i sistemi di irrigazione utilizzati dagli ex agricoltori dell'Algarve e molti di loro ancora di epoca romana.
Visita al castello di epoca medievale, il castello di Paderne è uno dei castelli della bandiera nazionale portoghese. Castello di epoca moresca, quando gli arabi ancora dominavano l'Algarve. In questo luogo godremo della bellezza che ci circonda.
Visita al villaggio di Paderne, un villaggio tradizionale dell'Algarve, dove potremo ammirare la chiesa e l'architettura regionale.
Visita all'azienda agricola di un produttore locale, dove apriremo le porte della nostra proprietà per una degustazione di miele regionale e brandy medronho locale. Un luogo in cui l'agricoltore ha i suoi prodotti. Una visita a questa favolosa fattoria locale prevede la presenza di alcuni animali che vivono nella fattoria. (un posto dove puoi acquistare prodotti locali regionali senza impegno)
Sosta dove possiamo goderci l'acqua delle fontanelle. Un ruscello dalle acque cristalline dove possiamo rinfrescarci e nuotare. (Possibile quando c'è acqua nelle fontane)
Attraversando il villaggio di Alte, potremo nuovamente ammirare un tradizionale villaggio dell'Algarve. Un luogo con negozi regionali e locali, dove possiamo anche ammirare la magnifica bandiera del Portogallo dipinta su una montagna.
Passando attraverso le montagne dell'Algarve, dove possiamo godere della splendida vista che l'Algarve ha per noi. Sosta per il tramonto in montagna.

My kids loved the ride in the back of an open jeep (actually an UMM truck) and we were absolutely blown away by the gorgeous sunset A gazillion photos, selfies, pics, snaps,, etc. were taken. The driver was super friendly and accommodating making the entire experience easy to enjoy.
I wanted something memorable to finish off our holiday and we definitely got it! Ru was an amazing host and was witty and informative, whether it was talking about local vegetation or the more historical aspects. It was an exhilarating experience.
It was an absolutely great experience! We had Rui as our guide and amazingly there were only two of us on the tour. He told us a lot and it was very funny! We even got fresh oranges from the tree and the spot for sunset is awesome! Absolute recommendation and worth every cent!
This is the second tour we have taken with Sergio, who is the owner of the tour company and yet again we are glad we did. On this occasion we were able to get entry into the castle, which was closed on our last tour. Sergio is a natural guide and as well as having a lot of knowledge he makes everything fun. Due to the fact that there has been very little rain in the area this year, the waterfall was dry but he filled the gap with other points of interest and we got to visit the Windmill also. We also visited a small farm where we purchased the most fantastic Honey. We feel the trips are excellent value as well as great day out. Thank you Sergio
With Fred we had a very nice tour along many cool places. He knew a lot of the region and could tell things in a fun way. We had a nice day.
We, 18 year olds, with 4 experienced a wonderful day with guide Fred, we were picked up at our apartment where we stayed, which was free. We learned a lot about the region and its history, which sounds boring, but was very interesting, even for us. It was a pleasant ride and the guide was super, thank you very much for this. If we had the chance, we would definitely do it again!
Had a morning trip with Wife and two teens. All of us totally enjoyed the trip. Pick up for our hotel was on time. And our guide for the day José who was great and very informative. We visited the ruins of an old castle, working restored windmill, and even had time to stop off for a refreshing dip. All the time travelling off the beaten track through the countryside. Recommend this trip for anyone who wants to see the real Portugal away from the seaside towns.
Fabulous day out. Half day jeep safari tour to medieval castle ruins (amazing views of countryside), tasting local produce of almonds, honey and oranges from rural farm, beautiful picnic & swim area, and spectacular views of the Algarve countryside from highest point in the hills. Amazing day out for myself and teenage son. Miguel our driver and tour guide made the trip....really nice guy, and very informative. It was like spending the day with one of your close friends. Great character and an asset to your company. Highly recommend this tour.
