Verso la fine della giornata, molti visitatori amano fare una piacevole passeggiata all'Albert Hall Museum, il museo statale del Rajasthan. L'edificio è un bell'esempio di architettura indo-saracena. Nessun viaggio a Jaipur sarebbe completo senza una visita al famoso Palazzo dei Venti, l'Hawa Mahal. Fu costruito Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh per ospitare le signore della corte reale. La maggior parte dei visitatori di Jaipur vuole vedere il City Palace, che dista solo un paio di minuti dal Jantar Mantar. Il complesso del palazzo comprende i palazzi Chandra Mahal e Mubarak Mahal e altri edifici, ed è ancora la casa della famiglia reale di Jaipur. Fu costruito dal Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II quando trasferì la sua corte reale da Amber a Jaipur.
Il maestoso Forte Amber risale al XVI secolo e si trova in cima a una collina a circa 11 km dalla Città Rosa. Siediti e goditi il viaggio. Il forte è aperto dalle 8:00 (fino alle 17:30) e l'ingresso si raggiunge dopo una breve passeggiata dal parcheggio su un'antica strada. Se preferisci non camminare, puoi prendere una jeep o un carrello da golf, o persino cavalcare sul dorso di un elefante. Il forte è superbamente conservato e offre magnifiche viste sulla campagna circostante e sul vicino lago Maota.
Vicino al forte Amber c'è un incredibile pozzo a gradini (o baoli) del XVI secolo. Ha 8 livelli di gradini fino all'acqua. Non è più in uso, ma se lo desideri puoi seguire i passaggi fino all'acqua.
Vicino al forte Amber si trova il Jal Mahal in stile Rajput, uno splendido palazzo acquatico che sembra galleggiare sulla superficie del lago Man Sagar. Il Jal Mahal risale al XVII secolo e un tempo era uno dei palazzi preferiti della famiglia reale di Jaipur.
Al Royal Gator, vicino al Nahagarh Fort, vedrai le antiche tombe e i mausolei dei Maharaja di Jaipur e della famiglia reale, inclusa la tomba del fondatore della città Jai Singh. Le cupole e le colonne di marmo sono il luogo perfetto per quel selfie esotico!
Nessuna visita alla Città Rosa è completa senza vedere uno dei bazar. Queste affollate vie dello shopping sono sempre piene di negozi e bancarelle che vendono tutto ciò che puoi immaginare, dalle spezie, frutta, gioielli e vestiti, alle tradizionali posate da cucina fatte a mano. Puoi camminare un po' se vuoi, o possiamo semplicemente attraversare il bazar.

I had naresh as a tour guide and the tuk tuk was beautifully decorated. we got to see a lot of jaipur and naresh was very accommodating, respectful polite and informative. the itinerary was a guide and we did other things if we were interested to explore the city. overall i’d highly recommend both the tuk tuk tour and especially naresh as a tour guide 10/10 !
We were personally recommended Naresh’s tour and it was the highlight of our Jaipur visit. He is very knowledgeable and informative while maintaining a relaxed pace. Aside from this he is really a very interesting and lovely person to spend the day with. If your looking for anything to buy he will show you to the best places as well.
We were lucky to come across Naresh when we ordered a tuktuk and our day became even better. Naresh took us through town and showed us interesting spots. Later in the day we reached out again and did another little tour. Naresh is a wonderful driver and great person to chat with, very knowledgeable and funny!

This tour was perfect! Naresh was able to show me all of the spots to see in Jaipur and provided a great service. He even took me for some local food as well and brought great knowledge and humor along the way. Amazing value for the price and Naresh will make sure to leave you with a memorable experience if Jaipur!
Naresh is the such a kind & generous & trustworthy guy with a fantastic funny personality. He took us everywhere and more, extremely knowledgeable about the area, took us for the best samosas you’ll ever eat. He wrote a book about his childhood which we bought, when you start reading it you will see what a child living on the streets is like, this was truly an amazing pleasure & experience to meet Naresh, I can’t recommend him enough, if your ever in Jaipur this is the only guy you call to drive you around, thank you Naresh, amazing, amazing, amazing 🤩
Naresh was a fantastic guide! We met him by chance and I can honestly say I am sad we had only one afternoon with him. If he had been available, we would have spent the whole time with him. He is very informative, friendly and overall fun to spend time with. He’s very honest, tailors the trip to you and doesn’t push anything. He has very fair prices and takes you to very interesting places.
We had a great time on our tour with Naresh! He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide us with lots of information. He took us to the main sights and was able to tailor the tour to what we wanted. He is very friendly and kind and it was great to also hear his story and we are looking forward to reading his book. Would recommend this tour! 10/10 :)
Naresh is a great driver, will not force you to do anything, will also reasonably explain the journey, everything is very convenient for the benefit and comfort, if you have the opportunity to go to Yippo, be sure to find him! It can completely customize your itinerary for you, the entire North India can help you to plan or give advice, great.
Had a great day out exploring Jaipur forts and sights, we came with our own plan and these made it even better. Definitely recommend if you’re wanting good guidance around Jaipur and avoiding busy times to get the most out of your time.
