We booked in the morning for a tour on the same day. The company was quick to respond. However, we thought we were booking guide and car but the car was not included. It was confusing for us as the « «inclusions » on the booking included a car. Given the price, we were asked to pay an extra Rs 2000 for an AC car with driver (so ending up paying Rs 2800 just for the car although we booked for Rs 800 thinking we were getting the car and the guide. The driver was very polite and adapted the itinerary as per our requests. He made our day easy and comfortable, took us everywhere where we wanted to go but did not act as a « guide » at any of the sight seeing locations.
We had a pleasant experience on the Jaipur Full-Day Private Tour. Our driver was excellent—punctual, polite, drove safely throughout the day, and made the journey comfortable. He was patient at every stop and ensured we reached all the attractions without any hassle. The guide was okay overall. He shared the basic history and information about the monuments, but the explanations could have been more engaging and detailed. At times, it felt a bit slow, and we expected a more interactive experience. Overall, the tour was well organized and convenient, and I would recommend it, especially because of the professional driver and smooth transportation.

Highly recommended this tour. We toured Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jantar Mantar, everything was relaxed and enjoyable, never rushed. Gaurav was a great tour guide and Sohil was great, safe driver. Everything was super organized. Highly recommended doing this!!!

This is a great way to see Jaipur in one day. Includes all the great sights with a great explanation along with the history.
The tour skipped a janta mantar and city palace which included entrance fees. When they brought us to hawa mahal they didnt bring us in as per the iteranaries. Whats worse they brought us to a shop which is not in the iteranaries. I only found out all these later when i was tagging the places we visited to the iteranaries. When i message the operator for partial refund, they did not reply.
Experienced Jaipur with Mr. Raj and Hasan to the fullest. Did not charge anything extra and showed everything that there is to see.
