Itinerario
Il tour inizia al porto di Sami a Cefalonia, dove salirai a bordo del traghetto per Itaca. Goditi la breve traversata panoramica sul Mar Ionio mentre ti avvicini all'isola, dando il tono per una giornata di storia, cultura e paesaggi mozzafiato.
La nostra prima tappa è Vathy, la capitale dell’isola. Avrai tempo libero per goderti un caffè nella piazza principale con la gente del posto, passeggiare per strade strette o visitare il Museo del Folclore e del Mare. Essendo la leggendaria dimora di Odisseo, Itaca è ricca di mitologia e storia greca.
Successivamente, sali al Monastero di Kathara, arroccato nel punto più alto dell'isola. Qui, godrai di splendide viste panoramiche sulle aspre colline di Itaca, sulle calette turchesi e sulle isole circostanti. Prendetevi del tempo per le foto e immergetevi nell'atmosfera serena di questo monastero storico.
Dirigiti verso il bellissimo villaggio sul mare di Kioni, dove il pranzo sarà gustato in una taverna tradizionale sul lato del porto. This is a great tour, was picked up on time and transported by bus on the ferry across to Ithaka. Our guide was very informative about Ithaka and the history of Odysseys. Ithaka is a beautiful island , very serene. We had a lovely lunch on Ithaka and was able to have some time to ourselves to do shopping and photo shoots.

We had a lovely time on this trip, we booked in the resort we where staying in Argostoli with the lovely Georgia who kept in contact with us and made sure we had all the relevant information for the lovely trip to Ithaca. The villages we stopped at were all very quaint and had enough time in each to have lunch or a coffee and souvenir shop. Would highly recommend the trip and if you are in Argostoli go and see the lovely Georgia near the main square.
