Istanbul Turkish Hammam Massaggio e Sauna Experience

Completely failed experience. It all starts with the owner who stares you down as soon as you enter and asks you directly for cash, absolutely disgusting locker rooms, hair everywhere, and a clogged shower. After that, you are told to go into a pool that is cold. And then there are constant pauses, no assistance, all the staff are at the spa reception but no one takes care of you. It is apparently asking too much to receive the services paid for. Even when showering and changing, the staff comes to knock on your door several times! The only positive point was the massage; otherwise, the rest is catastrophic, especially for a hotel of this standing, stay away!!!

Three of us went as a group of friends and we were extremely pleased with everything. We had dinner, and although our reservation was supposed to start in half an hour, we waited half an hour because we were eating, and they were very accommodating and didn't make a fuss about it at all. We were extremely happy about that. Then we had the sauna, Turkish bath, and massage experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; they answered all our questions and were extremely attentive. We would like to thank them for that. The Turkish bath, sauna, and pool are truly beautiful, even better than the pictures. We highly recommend them. My friends and I are sure we'll be coming back regularly. Great experience - service was impeccable, pool was awesome.

Great experience, expert masseuses and relaxing massage with a great mask and an excellent hammam to complete, for 1300 Turkish lira (about 25€) you can not ask for better! The masseuses offered us an avalanche of drinks and water post massage, also the pool and sauna are great, the pool rocks are natural rocks, I would never have told from the pictures. Council to all, I recommend insist on the price because with the booking you pay only 1300 Turkish lira (instead of 80 € !)

An experience above my expectations. The team is great and attentive. The massage bath is a real moment of relaxation, with a relaxing atmosphere and impeccable surroundings. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax. Can't wait to get back!
