"Isla Mujeres in catamarano, tutto incluso + trasporto gratuito"

We were very disappointed with the total package. We were the only two people on the whole catamaran that spoke English. Fernando, our tour guide would come over ever so often to explain to us briefly what was being said. The excursion should have promoted it as a Spanish speaking trip. Most of the workers on the catamaran did not know any English. We felt very put off. There was a guy on the catamaran taking pictures of everyone. He did not even ask if we wanted our picture taken but spent plenty of time on young ladies giving them a mini photo shoot. So unprofessional! We wanted pictures to show our family and friends. The scenery was pretty and the water was picturesque. But the rest of the excursion made us feel very out of place. No instructions for snorkeling whatsoever. We were just expected to jump in and hold a rope? We had no clue. My partner had a panic attack after jumping in the rough water and had to get out immediately. I felt this was a disaster waiting to happen. When we got back to land we had to wait more than one hour for transportation to show up. There was one man curbside with a piece of paper directing each group what van to get on to get back to our resort. We were one of the last couples there. He put us on a shuttle. There were not enough seats for everyone so he pulled the two of us off the van. He just kept looking at that piece of paper trying to figure where to put us. It was very hot and we were tired and becoming more frustrated by the minute. There was no one there from the company that booked our excursion. We were left there by ourselves. I told the guy with the paper to please get us a taxi. He continued to stand there staring at the piece of paper. No apologies or helpful words at all. We felt like no one cared if we got back to our resort. Finally we started walking up the street looking for a taxi to take us to.our resort. It was beginning yo get dark and we didn't want to be standing on the street in a foreign country at night in wet clothes! We finally found a taxi and had to pay an additional $50 to get back to our resort. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had on an excursion. I would definitely think twice about this excursion. Highly disappointed.

Old boat, ants and music was not versatile enough, no snacks and watered down drinks!I’ve been on much better

This was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and focused on safety throughout the excursion. They kept the drinks flowing the entire time. The transportation was comfortable, and the marina was close to our hotel, making the trip easy and quick. One thing I didn't enjoy was standing in a long line in the hot sun to pay the port fee. I wish this had been included in the tour price from the start so that I could have avoided it. The catamaran was clean and well-maintained, but surprisingly there was no drinking water available, so I highly recommend bringing your own water bottles. The biggest disappointment was the itinerary. Playa Norte on Isla Mujeres was absolutely beautiful, but our time there was very short. 1.5 hours after arriving, we had to board the catamaran again for about a 45-minute ride to a beach club on the southern part of the island. The lunch was pretty good, but the beach there was small, the sand felt muddy, and nowhere near as beautiful as Playa Norte. I would have much preferred to spend those extra hours at Playa Norte instead, so I could have enough time to relax and go shopping. Also, be aware that the catamaran moves fairly slowly, and shade is very limited. Many passengers were competing for spots in the covered area. We were fortunate that the return trip was cloudy; otherwise, the sun exposure could have been pretty intense. Bring plenty of sunscreen, a hat, and water. The excellent crew, great atmosphere, music, the turquoise water, convenient transportation, and beautiful views made this a very memorable experience. I will definitely come back to Isla Mujeres, but I will pick a tour that gives me more time at North Beach, even if it doesn't include food.

This was a great value and an excellent experience! The time spent on the catamaran was a lot of fun, and the staff did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained and engaged throughout the trip. The atmosphere was enjoyable, the crew was friendly, and everything was well organized. I would definitely do this excursion again and highly recommend it to others!
