Isla Contoy e Isla Mujeres (da Playa del Carmen)

Incredible strongly advise to do this activity with the Vanessa of tourism Chanel.

The tour was spectacular!!! It is an island Paradisica the excellent attention! We saw flora and fauna and being in that place away from the noise gives you a sense of peace, the food very good and the time to be in Isla Mujeres was enough. I hope to do it again.

Chose this gang because they promised an 8 person boat. Chosen deliberately because we were 8 and didn't want to ge caught in lines. This was something that they could never deliver. They also promised snorkelling at the island....another lie. Absoliute scam! When we called them they promised to refund 20$ per head. Another lie. Book the trip directly with the boat company in Cancun. The trip itself is worth it. Paying extra for the lie isn't.

My trip was rescheduled by the company because they didn’t check the Viator platform. I had to find their contact number on the website because they weren’t responding to my messages via the Viator chat channel. The advertising on the group said 8 but they put us with about 80 people, so I paid a “private group” price to share boat with others. The only thing we liked was the service from the crew which were very accommodating. We only stayed 1 hour at Islas Mujeres and 2 hours at Isla Contoy, which I didn’t like, wish it could’ve been same for both. Out of the 7 from my group, only 1 person liked it. If you’re a “true” nature person, you will like it, otherwise not for you. Sand was very grainy and it was poking you, not much sitting area, no sewage system in bathrooms, no fans, tons of mosquitoes.

Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! The tour to isla Contoy was absolutely breathtaking! If you love pristine and wild nature this island/natural park is for you. Comfortable, beautiful boat with fantastic crew and guides. Open bar on the boat and a lot of fun mixed with culture. Fast ride at Isla Mujeres (30 minutes approx). Long snorkeling, in the coral reef, with a lot of different corals and fishes. Arrival at Isla Contoy: incredibly beautiful, wild, delicious food buffet and wonderful time to relax on the beach and take a bath in those cristalclear waters, wow!!! (3 hours approx). From the guides you will learn a lot about the geography of the island, about the plants and animals on the island, about how the island's biosystem affects all the Caribbean and more. A wonderful tour in the wild of nature! Thanks Turismo Channel and thanks Vanessa for this amazing adventure.

My experience with Vanessa and Tourismo Channel was great - very professional yet very fun to be around. Vanessa came along with us on a catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres, not my first catamaran but the first time having a dedicated tour guide and photographer! She was very good at guiding us through the experience, making sure everyone was happy, and capturing candid and natural content. I would hang out with Vanessa any day, and that’s honestly what the whole experience felt like! Would definitely recommend and use Tourismo Channel again.

I thought it was the best, safe and comfortable way to buy tours and activities, I will not hesitate to come back with you. They made my vacation a unique experience.
