It was our third time doing this tour, I take my son every year to Savannah and he just loves it! Unfortunately the guide didn’t have the piece of equipment that gets the most readings and the activity was poor that night.
This was the BEST ghost experience we have had. The guides, Jules and Katie were so awesome and made the experience truly memorable. If we lived close we would be back every week! I would make sure this is on your spots to visit while in Savannah!

Katie and Thomas were fantastic hosts! They explained environment, equipment, and some stories. They helped with investigation when asked, and were super nice.

Jules was so sweet and kind. Great guide for the night
I went and had Jules as a tour guide, we experienced bell ringing, spirit box interaction, and playing with catballs. We also saw some figures on the tablet. It was a great experience, even for my boyfriend who is pretty skeptical of believing in the paranormal. Jules was great, she was friendly, informative and a great guide overall. The experience is a little pricey but still worth the experience

First I will say, Katie was absolutely amazing!! We went on Saturday May 23rd and were lucky that it was just me, my wife and mom during the investigation. We had an amazing time and some interesting experiences while there. Katie and Thomas were great with explaining the equipment and are as hands on or hands off as you want them to be. They truly are there to give you the best experience. We will definitely be back next year!! Keep up the great work! My only piece of advise, the intro was a little bit over the top...I would change that up a bit.

We had a fantastic investigation with Katie and Thomas. They were professional and knowledgeable in all areas of the history of the building and land, as well as the use of the equipment. We had many experiences throughout the evening that included corroboration and validation of the information we were receiving. It was so enjoyable!! Thank you again for an epic investigation!!!
