Impara a distinguere in modo sicuro le varietà commestibili dai loro sosia (varietà tossiche e non commestibili), dagli alberi e dagli ecosistemi specifici a cui sono associati diversi funghi e quando sono di stagione... il tutto mentre esplori le lussureggianti foreste verdi per cui Washington è famosa. Anche se hai paura dei funghi, demistificheremo i miti spaventosi sui funghi e ti daremo fiducia e abilità per continuare a esplorare da solo anche dopo la fine della lezione. Le vostre escursioni future non saranno più le stesse! Gli ospiti possono conservare i funghi che incontrano durante le lezioni. Ci assicuriamo che gli ospiti non tornino mai a casa a mani vuote, quindi nel caso in cui i reperti selvatici siano leggeri, forniremo a ogni ospite un sacchetto di funghi gourmet freschi da portare a casa, insieme a idee di ricette.

It was great! I learned a lot about mushrooms. I also enjoyed going into the woods and having the instructor point out the different kinds of mushrooms.
Absolutely incredible and so so worth it. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Vassilissa as a guide, and just how thoughtfully organized the whole experience was. This was my second trip with Forage Seattle and I’ll definitely take more in the future.
V was an amazing host and guide. She was so sweet, hospitable and knowledgeable with just about anything related to foraging. I would love to do any one of her classes. I’ve learned so many new techniques for cooking and foraging. I had a great time and would recommend this for any shroom lover! Her passion is contagious and it makes you excited to learn more.

We just came back from the "Chef-Led Intro to Gourmet Mushroom Foraging & Cooking" with Vasilisa and I can't say enough good things about our experience. V was very knowledgeable and shared an extraordinary amt of cool info about foraging, plants, cooking, and more in a friendly and accessible way. Everything she made for us was dee-lish! Definitely recommend!!
It was a fun experience and I learned something new! Our guide Ben was knowledgeable, patient and has a sense of humor. A good way to get outside and do something interesting.
