Il veicolo che allochiamo è solo Minivan Type che ospitano bagagli grandi. Purtroppo, per ottenere un Minivan Type gratuito non è facile qui in Giappone. Nel peggiore dei casi, devi aspettare il minivan più di 2 ore nel tempo occupato. Se siete più di 3 gruppi di ospiti, la prenotazione del veicolo in anticipo è indispensabile qui.

Great communication and easy to book. Had an early arrival so managed to organize an earlier pick up with no issues
Hayano provided betind excellent service. Our ship was over 4 hours delayed in docking but he waited patiently and directed us where to go, assisted us with all our luggage and did his very best to get us to the airport in time. We still ended up missing our flight because of the ship issues but having him get us through the transfer process from the port to the shuttle to the pick-up area definitely made our worst ship experience more bearable. The driver got in touch the day before and sent photos of himself and his car. He showed up 15 minutes early and our transfer from Yokohama to Asakusa went off smoothly. Highly recommend this stress free method. Forget taking luggage on trains!

Our transfer was from Yokohama cruise port to a Tokyo Ginza Hotel. Driver arrived early, very professional, friendly. We had a lot of luggage, but it was no problem. Vehicle is immaculate. Highly recommended.
