This was a fun and relaxing craft. The breath work at the beginning coupled with the beautiful flowers made for a great experience with pretty art to take home.
Great experience, had a fun time! Shelby was a very friendly and intentful host and great to hang out with
My daughters and I had such a fun time doing our flower frames. Shelby was very sweet and easy going. I loved the breath work and relaxation to get into a creative mood. I would highly recommend any of her workshops and would love to try a different one.
