It was one of the best experiences, thanks to our guide Giovany who taught us Peru from a different perspective. The attention and work done by the whole team like Fernando, Don Nicolás and Fernando is extraordinary. I definitely recommend them!
the trip was beautiful! amazing views the entire time of the gorgeous andes mountains and jungle. our tour guides, yojhan and zam where knowledgeable about the history of the Inka and always in good spirits. the food was amazing as well. the porters carried a 5 star hotel in their backpacks. before arriving to each campsite, the porters had everything set up for us already, tents, tables and common areas. i would 100% recommend to anybody who is interested and in good shape. the hikes are long and challenging but more than worth it.
The landscapes were wonderful. A unique place The experience was amazing. Nature is imposing and the road a great journey that is carried forever in the heart
Hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu has been on my bucket list for a while, and I finally did it this year at the start of May. You need to do a lot of research and watch videos to prep so that you know what you should pack and what workouts you should do for training. I would recommend stair climbing. I did the four day trek with G Adventures, and overall I had a good experience with them. The guides were informative and helpful, and the customer service is good too. The food they serve at camp is decent, although I unfortunately got food poisoning/traveler's diarrhea from eating it, so maybe bring pepto bismol and imodium in case. The scenery is beautiful, but this is a very challenging hike. Not just he intensity, but the altitude is the other thing you're going to be dealing with. Take it slow, stop when you need to, drink plenty of water with electrolytes, and have a good amount of snacks to eat along the way. I have no regrets about doing the hike, as it was a cool thing to experience, and I got to go to Machu Picchu in a way not everyone gets to do before I got too old. But I probably would recommend to most ordinary folks to take the train if they wanted to see MP.
Went on the 4 day Inca Trail hike with GAdventures, who were brilliant in organising and coordinating the experience! It's a challenging hike, but you visit several Inca sites and witness some stunning views and landscapes along the way. An experience that you'll remember for life!
Went for the second time on the Inca Trail (2 Day Short Route) with AB Expeditions, and was blown away with the experience. Not only had a great guide, tasty food and solid camping sites, however everything was also carefully organized so that everyone felt comfortable and not rushed. Highly recommend them for anyone thinking of heading on the Inca Trail!
We had a 15 days trip in Peru visiting the most important areas like Lima, Arequipa, Puno and Cusco, and we had a great and amazing trekking trip towards Machu Picchu through the Classic Inca Trail. We enjoyed the amazing view of the sunrise on the mountain, as well as the sunsets. We especially want to thank the Machupicchu Journey agency, for having been very patient answering all our questions and for organizing an adventure that we will always remember. We had an excellent guide Mateo who along with the porters helped us throughout the tour. With your good advice and useful information, we had a safe and pleasant walk in these 4 days until we reached MachuPicchu. We hope to return to Peru and feel the beautiful natural environment by joining another trekking trip from Local Trekkers Peru. Next time maybe the Ausangate Trek. You already know if you want to do the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, Local Trekkers Peru are the best.
The Inca Trail to Machu Picchu is undoubtedly one of the most frequented excursions for those in search of adventure who visit Peru. Chullos Travel offers a unique style hiking tour, with spectacular landscapes of the Andes, a great mix of jungle and mountains. You will enjoy from start to finish. There is no other side of our planet a natural circuit that leads you to a natural world that constantly changes ecological floors, adorned with imposing snow-capped mountains, rivers and great fauna and flora. To all these natural wonders are added Inca constructions that are worth visiting, the organization of the entire agency is very good.
One of the best experiences 4 days Inca road excellent care by chullos travel Peru, from the first day they provided us security and confidence. It was a beautiful experience watching the sunset animals along the way and different types of flowers with our guide who always kept an eye on each of us, and explaining every detail along the way, I also thank the porters and the cook who delighted us with their delicious dishes.
