Me and my family had an quick and excellent experience! The skip-the-line tickets saved us so much time, and everything was organized very well. The booking process was very quick, simple and clear. The staff were very friendly, clear, and helped us with any issues we had. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience in Rome!

The Viator experiences are a scam; they make you confuse visiting a place with walking around the surroundings; the guides and your tickets are in very distant locations and do not show up for the appointments. We are regular travelers; I bought two experiences to save time and we lost both.

Arrived at the store meeting location and we were escorted to the reservation line (10am, mid-May) and handed the papers with QR codes for entry and audio guide. The line took about 30 minutes to get into the basilica but provided shade for most of the wait (normal entry is fully exposed). While waiting, I realized we could have purchased the same timed entry tickets through the basilica website for 7 euros each. They were fully available for the day we were there. We didn’t have headphones so we read the guide which gives a route of things to see which helped. The guide was a link to the official basilica website. St. Peter’s is massive and so amazing, a must do! We spent just under 2 hours touring. There are tons of group tours that get in your way so be patient.
