We had a wonderful experience with BNT Travel during our Vietnam trip. The overall planning, coordination, and arrangements were very smooth. The itinerary was well organised and transportations were comfortable, and the team was promptly responding whenever we needed assistance. We truly appreciated the effort that went into making our holiday memorable. A small area for improvement would be the guide’s flexibility, local knowledge and enthusiasm to help when asked something outside plan. Overall, we had a great trip and would recommend this tour company to others. With slightly more flexible and knowledgeable guides, the service would be truly exceptional.

This is our 2nd Vietnam trip using BNT travel. Ms Thanh is the best. Fast and responsive communication. All our private transfers, with guides when we requested and recommendations and restaurant bookings too! Brilliant. Everything worked like clockwork and reassuring to know everything was planned.
