i didnt have a good experience with customer support. We were a family of 4 trying to purchase tickets. spent over $50 and couldnt get the app to start the hunt. Customer support took half a day to reply and by that time we had bailed and went to the movies. Despite asking several times no refund was ignored /ghosted. Save your money and miss this one

This doesn't exist. Downloaded the app and instructions as instructed to get nowhere. The confirmation email says to start at the meeting point address, the address was the surf club and they had no idea about this. And nothing, no clues or instructions were sent to the phone. Wasted our money and time. Had a very disappointed child. I hired a nanny to take my child to this as I'm in a wheelchair and wanted my child to have a day of walking and have fun working out clues, without having to worry about accessibility. Extremely disappointed. If you want to waste time and money go with this. And it was a beautiful day for it, the sun was out. I'm very hesitant on booking anything through this company now.
It was not what my friends and I expected. Instead of fun finding and exploring and solving clues it was just instructions to walk kilometres through boring suburban streets. We didn’t need to pay $20 to go for a walk.

We were disappointed that it was just a sight seeing event and not a scavenger hunt. We expected to be looking for items but thst wasnt the case.

Such a fun time to do this awesome scavenger hunt with family! Along the way we got a awesome cannoli at grammas bakery and we had an amazing lunch at bills pizza! What a great time!
