Great experience; highly recommend as the cold plunge really helped my tired and sore hiking legs. The added magnesium is a big benefit
Very friendly atmosphere, the water is extremely cold but refreshing. Beautiful scenery, exceptional service.
The water is extremely cold, but I found it refreshing and loved the river rocks at the bottom of each soaking pail!
Great tour. Very informative and the hostess is very knowledgeable. The salt tasting was perfect. I bought so much salt! LOL
This was great for neuropathy and inflammation. The water is freezing but as time went on I could keep my feet emerged longer and longer.
After our salt farm tour we had a foot soak booked, and it was such a unique experience! We felt very pampered, and it was great to sit in the cute stand with the water buckets. It was also very cold! After the 20 minute soak, we felt refreshed and ready to start our day. It was definitely worth adding on the experience!
We loved this and it was a ton of fun. The water was definitely cold, it took me a couple tries to get my feet in there to stay for 20 minutes, but it’s mind over matter. I felt so refreshed afterwards.
This was my second time and it was easier this time. The first time we went a year ago, I had a hard time leaving my feet in the water. I felt invigorated afterwards.
The water is extremely cold. I wouldn’t do it again. We did it for a few seconds and we were done. But after we did the free salt tasting and that was fun.
We tried the deep ocean water foot soak in Kailua-Kona and it was a really cool and unique experience. The water is pumped from deep in the ocean and sits around 48 degrees, so yes—it’s definitely cold! But it was fascinating to try something so different. I could genuinely feel a difference in how my feet felt afterward. The soreness and foot pain I had from being on my feet and walking around all week noticeably improved after the soak. Just a heads up for anyone considering it—the water is very cold. My partner actually couldn’t keep his feet in it for very long. I personally didn’t find it too terrible and was able to stick with it, but everyone’s tolerance will be a little different. Overall, it was a really cool experience and something a bit out of the ordinary to try while in Kailua-Kona. Definitely worth checking out if you’re curious about the benefits of deep ocean water.
