This is a very relaxing experience that is best for people who are in the middle or at the end of the trip. The spa has a very relaxing atmosphere and is worth the price. The staff are so accommodating and attentive to your needs, from the reception to the their therapists. They have private rooms and limit the common areas to three people, which is very good to keep the relaxing feel of the spa.
The atmosphere was so calming. The place and service really speaks for itself. The staff were so accommodating to my requests which makes the whole experience more personal. I think it's best to visit this spa when you want to decompress and relax. It is truly worth your money.
First visit and very impressed. Will definitely come again the next time I visit Hanoi!
My therapist Emma is very great, she did a great massage for me and i feel very relax in the whole massage. Serene Spa is one of the best massage in Hanoi and suggested to go if you visit there!

I had the Hair Steaming Treatment (90 min) and Emma took excellent care of me. The treatment was truly exceptional, probably one of the best I have received. It was a very relaxing and soothing moment. The pressure of the massages was perfect, and Emma was very attentive to my well-being throughout the session. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this experience ♡
